The way Pavels provided the training was very helpful easily to pass the exam, since he provided many life examples as well as fuelled the audience discussions. As a result, we covered theory, practise and strengthened the knowledge by different life examples.
Now, when I compose OKRs I feel much more engaged and inspired to proceed, I see the difference if to compare how it was at the very beginning. Since Pavels always was supportive and mentioned that we need to exercise to build the muscles and it is fine to start with regular objectives and KRs. Thank you for that Pavels.
