لقد أنشأنا OKRI في عام 2017 لتكون منظمة فريدة من نوعها تتألف من أفراد يكرسون جهودهم لمهمة مساعدة الأشخاص والفرق في تبني عقلية تعتمد على النتائج وإحداث تأثير مفيد. هذه المهمة هي جوهر كل ما نقوم به. لقد شهدنا بشكل مباشر كيف استخدم الأفراد والمنظمات قوة الأهداف والنتائج الرئيسية (OKRs) لإحداث ثورة في عمليات عملهم وتقديم القيمة. هدفنا هو دعم الفرق والمنظمات في تحقيق نفس المستوى من النجاح.
