As agile coach and as former manager Research & Development, product owner, scrum master and embedded software engineer, I had the pleasure of experiencing development without goals, without guidence. I have witnessed the loss of investment, the loss of customer and employee satisfaction. As I made my career up the ranks, I took the agile way of working with me. And yes, satisfaction was always high, results were in the 'good' range, investors were pleased. I like to share the agile way and how OKR contribute to a light-weight but entangled structure impacting all in a profound and meaningful way.
