Every line gets one of three labels. Here is what each one means and where the line belongs after the check.

KPI Scorecard
Maintain support satisfaction above 90%
A level you keep. It tells you the business is healthy, unless you need it to move.
Key result OKR set
Increase 90-day retention from 71% to 85%
A measured change in an outcome. If it hits, you know the objective moved.
