Who It's For

Built for the Team That Has to Make OKRs Work

Choose the cohort when the people doing the work need the skill, not only the leadership team.

Situation 01

You need champions before the rollout

Leadership has agreed on OKRs. Now you need a group inside the business who can coach teams through their first cycle without calling a consultant.

Situation 02

One department wants to go first

A function head wants their team running OKRs this quarter, not after a company-wide program is approved. The cohort becomes the pilot the rest of the organization copies.

Situation 03

Training came back as theory

People attended a course and returned with notes, not OKRs. The cohort puts the practice where the work is: on your objectives, with your colleagues in the room.

Same Credential, Your OKRs on the Table

The curriculum and the exam match the public OKR Practitioner course. What changes is who is in the room and what you practice on.

Format and Curriculum

Five Modules, Each One Leaves a Piece of Your OKR Set

Every module ends with something your team keeps. By the last one, the pieces add up to a working OKR set and the C-OKRP® exam.

Five 90-minute live sessions, one week apart. Between sessions each participant applies the module to their own team and brings the result back.

01Why OKRs stall, and where yours standWeek 1 · 90 min live

The mechanics of objectives and key results, and the patterns that turn a rollout into a reporting exercise. The cohort audits the goals it already has.

You leave with: a diagnosis of your current goals against the OKR rules

02Objectives worth committing toWeek 2 · 90 min live

Writing objectives that state a direction and a reason. Each participant drafts for their own team, the cohort challenges the drafts.

You leave with: two to three draft objectives per team

03Key results that measure outcomesWeek 3 · 90 min live

Separating key results from tasks and from KPIs. Every draft key result is scored for quality and rewritten until it measures a change.

You leave with: scored key results for each objective

04Alignment across teamsWeek 4 · 90 min live

Connecting team OKRs to company priorities without a top-down cascade. Where KPIs sit alongside OKRs in one architecture.

You leave with: an aligned OKR set across the cohort's teams

05Check-ins, scoring and reviewWeek 5 · 90 min live

The weekly check-in, end-of-cycle scoring and the retrospective. The cohort agrees who owns each ritual.

You leave with: a one-page cadence your managers keep

Two full days, on site or live online. The cohort drafts, reviews and rewrites in the room, and leaves on day two with a finished set.
