class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u63d0\u9ad8\u79ef\u6781\u6027\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6<\/strong>\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u8d4b\u4e88\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u81ea\u4e3b\u6743\u548c\u4e3b\u4eba\u7fc1\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u53ef\u4ee5\u57f9\u517b\u66f4\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u6027\u3001\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6ee1\u610f\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u66f4\u5feb\u7684\u51b3\u7b56<\/strong>\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u80fd\u591f\u4e0d\u53d7\u5b98\u50da\u4e3b\u4e49\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u505a\u51fa\u51b3\u7b56\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u5feb\u5730\u5bf9\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u9700\u6c42\u505a\u51fa\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u63d0\u9ad8\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u80fd\u529b<\/strong>\uff1a\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u591a\u6837\u5316\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u96c6\u4f53\u667a\u6167\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u89e3\u51b3\u590d\u6742\u95ee\u9898\u5e76\u4ea7\u751f\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u589e\u5f3a\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u6027<\/strong>\uff1a\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u654f\u6377\u6027\u548c\u81ea\u4e3b\u6027\u800c\u66f4\u80fd\u9002\u5e94\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u6761\u4ef6\u3001\u5ba2\u6237\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u548c\u6548\u7387<\/strong>\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u6d88\u9664\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u7ea7\u5e76\u7b80\u5316\u51b3\u7b56\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u548c\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u4ece\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u7b49\u7ea7\u7ed3\u6784\u5411\u66f4\u6709\u6743\u529b\u3001\u534f\u4f5c\u548c\u654f\u6377\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u8f6c\u53d8\uff0c\u4f7f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u80fd\u591f\u5145\u5206\u53d1\u6325\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u5e76\u57f9\u80b2\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u8fdb\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u4f5c\u7528<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9886\u5bfc\u5728\u521b\u9020\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getclockwise.com\/blog\/self-managed-teams#:~:text=A%20self%2Dmanaged%20team%2C%20also,schedules%2C%20roles%2C%20and%20more.\">\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f<\/a> \u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u9700\u8981\u4ece\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u7ba1\u7406\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e2d\u505a\u51fa\u91cd\u5927\u8f6c\u53d8\u3002\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u91c7\u53d6\u66f4\u5177\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6027\u548c\u652f\u6301\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6388\u6743\u56e2\u961f\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u5e76\u72ec\u7acb\u505a\u51fa\u51b3\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea\u6211\u9a71\u52a8\u578b\u56e2\u961f\u4e2d\u7684\u6709\u6548\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u5145\u5f53\u6559\u7ec3\u548c\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5bfc\u5e76\u6d88\u9664\u53ef\u80fd\u963b\u788d\u56e2\u961f\u8fdb\u6b65\u7684\u969c\u788d\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u547d\u4ee4\u4efb\u52a1\u548c\u5fae\u89c2\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u4fc3\u8fdb\u81ea\u4e3b\u3001\u4fe1\u4efb\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u611f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u5b66\u4f1a\u653e\u5f03\u63a7\u5236\u6743\uff0c\u62b5\u5236\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u8bf1\u60d1\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e94\u8be5\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u8bbe\u5b9a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u4f20\u8fbe\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u56e2\u961f\u5b9e\u73b0\u76ee\u6807\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u9000\u540e\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u8ba9\u56e2\u961f\u81ea\u6211\u7ec4\u7ec7\u548c\u505a\u51fa\u51b3\u7b56\uff0c\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u9f13\u52b1\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u521b\u9020\u529b\u548c\u4e3b\u4eba\u7fc1\u610f\u8bc6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
