\u4e16\u4ee3\u7684\u5d1b\u8d77\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5728\u521b\u5efa\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u671f\u671b\u548c\u613f\u671b\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/pages\/consumer-business\/articles\/understanding-generation-z-in-the-workplace.html\">Z \u4e16\u4ee3\u5458\u5de5<\/a>\u51fa\u751f\u4e8e 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 90 \u5e74\u4ee3\u4e2d\u671f\u81f3 2010 \u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u671f\u7684 Z \u4e16\u4ee3\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u548c\u504f\u597d\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u7bc7\u535a\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8 Z \u4e16\u4ee3\u5bf9\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\u7684\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5982\u4f55\u6253\u9020\u7b26\u5408\u4ed6\u4eec\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u4e16\u4ee3\u5458\u5de5\u4ee5\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6027\u683c\u548c\u7279\u8d28\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6570\u5b57\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4ece\u5c0f\u5c31\u63a5\u89e6\u79d1\u6280\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6280\u672f\u719f\u7ec3\u5ea6\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u65e0\u7f1d\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cZ \u4e16\u4ee3\u91cd\u89c6\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3001\u591a\u6837\u6027\u3001\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/online.hbs.edu\/blog\/post\/purpose-driven-firms\">\u76ee\u6807\u9a71\u52a8\u578b\u7ec4\u7ec7<\/a>\u3002\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u627f\u8ba4\u5e76\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u504f\u597d\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5438\u5f15\u548c\u7559\u4f4f\u8fd9\u4e00\u4ee3\u4eba\u624d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5e73\u8861<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u671f\u671b\u662f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deskbird.com\/blog\/gen-z-work-life-balance#:~:text=They%20all%20desire%20a%20job,takes%20to%20make%20it%20happen.\">Z \u4e16\u4ee3\u5458\u5de5\u5f3a\u70c8\u6e34\u671b\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5e73\u8861<\/a>\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u8fdc\u7a0b\u5de5\u4f5c\u9009\u9879\u548c\u53ef\u8c03\u6574\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u3002Z
