href=\"https:\/\/www.techtarget.com\/searchhrsoftware\/definition\/OKRs-Objectives-and-Key-Results#:~:text=OKRs%20(Objectives%20and%20Key%20Results)%20is%20a%20performance%20management%20framework,in%20a%20hierarchal%2C%20measurable%20way.\">OKR\uff08\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u5173\u952e\u7ed3\u679c\uff09 <\/a>\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5e26\u6765\u7ffb\u5929\u8986\u5730\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002OKR \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u6765\u534f\u8c03\u60a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u5e76\u8ddf\u8e2a\u5b9e\u73b0\u6218\u7565\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u8fdb\u5ea6\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8981\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u53d1\u6325 OKR \u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u9002\u5408\u60a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9700\u6c42\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u6700\u597d\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u5462\uff1f\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e00\u4e0b\u4f18\u79c0\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7279\u5f81\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u7b80\u5316\u76ee\u6807\u8bbe\u5b9a\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"key-characteristics-of-an-excellent-okr-tool\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4f18\u79c0 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7279\u5f81<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u5e94\u8be5\u8003\u8651\u4e00\u4e9b\u5173\u952e\u7279\u5f81\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u4fbf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4f18\u79c0\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u5e94\u8be5\u6613\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u61c2\u6280\u672f\u7684\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u7528\u6237\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u754c\u9762\u548c\u76f4\u89c2\u7684\u5bfc\u822a\u662f\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u60a8\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u60a8\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u82b1\u8d39\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u5f04\u6e05\u695a\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u8be5\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u5bfb\u627e\u4e00\u4e2a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e72\u51c0\u3001\u76f4\u89c2\u754c\u9762\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u8ba9\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u8f7b\u677e\u4e0a\u624b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u53ef\u5b9a\u5236\u6027<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728\u8bbe\u5b9a\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u8ddf\u8e2a\u8fdb\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u5141\u8bb8\u81ea\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5bfb\u627e\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9a\u5236 OKR \u6846\u67b6\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u6765\u6ee1\u8db3\u60a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5b9a\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u8c03\u6574\u76ee\u6807\u65f6\u95f4\u8303\u56f4\u3001\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540c\u56e2\u961f\u6216\u90e8\u95e8\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u6216\u4f7f OKR \u4e0e\u60a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ed3\u6784\u6216\u672f\u8bed\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u534f\u4f5c\u529f\u80fd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u8bbe\u5b9a\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u534f\u4f5c\u548c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f3a\u5927\u534f\u4f5c\u529f\u80fd\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5bfb\u627e\u4e00\u79cd\u5141\u8bb8\u60a8\u5206\u914d\u4efb\u52a1\u3001\u8ddf\u8e2a\u8fdb\u5ea6\u5e76\u4e0e\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u65e0\u7f1d\u534f\u4f5c\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u4e0e\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u6c9f\u901a\u5e73\u53f0\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/\">\u677e\u5f1b<\/a> \u6216\u8005 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Microsoft_Teams\">\u5fae\u8f6f\u56e2\u961f<\/a>\uff0c\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5b9e\u65f6\u66f4\u65b0\u5e76\u5728\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5185\u57f9\u80b2\u900f\u660e\u548c\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"top-okr-tools-in-the-market\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u6700\u70ed\u95e8\u7684 OKR \u5de5\u5177<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p href=\"https:\/\/okri.io\/login\">okri.io<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR \u8f6f\u4ef6 okri.io \u56e0\u5176\u5168\u9762\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u7528\u6237\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u754c\u9762\u800c\u6210\u4e3a\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u5907\u53d7\u63a8\u5d07\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u8be5\u5de5\u5177\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u6d01\u76f4\u89c2\u7684\u4eea\u8868\u677f\uff0c\u4f7f\u56e2\u961f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u8bbe\u7f6e\u548c\u8ddf\u8e2a\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0cOKR \u8f6f\u4ef6 A \u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f3a\u70b9\u662f\u5176\u4ef7\u683c\u6bd4\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5de5\u5177\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u9ad8\u3002\u867d\u7136\u6210\u672c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u5c0f\u578b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6216\u521d\u521b\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\u6bd4\u8f83\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u603b\u4f53\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u96c6\u901a\u5e38\u6bd4\u6210\u719f\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u9ad8\u4ef7\u4f4d\u66f4\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u8f6f\u4ef6 flowyteam \u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5229\u7528 OKR \u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u70ed\u95e8\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u6b64\u5de5\u5177\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f4\u89c2\u4e14\u7528\u6237\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u4f7f\u5404\u7ea7\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u91c7\u7528 OKR \u6846\u67b6\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/sourceforge.net\/software\/okr\/\">OKR\u8f6f\u4ef6<\/a> flowyteam \u6536\u5230\u4e86\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u7528\u6237\u53cd\u9988\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6839\u636e\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u8981\u6c42\u5b9a\u5236\u8be5\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR \u8f6f\u4ef6 flowyteam \u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7279\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u5b83\u4e0e\u5404\u79cd\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u65e0\u7f1d\u96c6\u6210\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u96c6\u6210\u529f\u80fd\u5141\u8bb8\u56e2\u961f\u540c\u6b65\u6765\u81ea\u5404\u79cd\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9 OKR \u5e73\u53f0\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u89c6\u56fe\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u89c1\u89e3\u548c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684 OKR \u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR\u8f6f\u4ef6 <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/\">\u70b9\u51fb<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR \u8f6f\u4ef6 clickup \u4ee5\u5176\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u534f\u4f5c\u529f\u80fd\u800c\u95fb\u540d\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u8de8\u804c\u80fd\u56e2\u961f\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u7edd\u4f73\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u6b64\u5de5\u5177\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u987a\u7545\u6c9f\u901a\u3001\u4efb\u52a1\u5206\u914d\u548c\u8fdb\u5ea6\u8ddf\u8e2a\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u5e76\u5bf9\u5171\u540c\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u5173\u952e\u7ed3\u679c\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Slack \u7b49\u6d41\u884c\u5e73\u53f0\u65e0\u7f1d\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u4f7f\u56e2\u961f\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u559c\u6b22\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5229\u7528
