class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u66fe\u7ecf\u52a0\u5165\u8fc7\u4e00\u4e2a\u56e2\u961f\uff0c\u611f\u89c9\u534f\u4f5c\u5f88\u56f0\u96be\uff1f\u6c9f\u901a\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5728\u5b64\u7acb\u5730\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u56e2\u961f\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u8ff9\u8c61\u3002\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u662f\u6307\u963b\u788d\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u95e8\u6216\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u4e4b\u95f4\u6709\u6548\u534f\u4f5c\u7684\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5f71\u54cd\u6574\u4f53\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u7bc7\u535a\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u907f\u514d\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u548c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56e2\u961f\u5185\u90e8\u534f\u4f5c\u548c\u6c9f\u901a\u6587\u5316\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"identifying-silo-effects\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8bc6\u522b\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u89e3\u51b3\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u786e\u5b9a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u56e2\u961f\u4e2d\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u8ff9\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u7f3a\u4e4f\u8de8\u90e8\u95e8\u6c9f\u901a\uff1a\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u5f88\u5c11\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u540c\u4e8b\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u548c\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea4\u6d41\u6709\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\u6709\u9650\uff1a\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u4e4b\u95f4\u7f3a\u4e4f\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u91cd\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u91cd\u590d\u52aa\u529b\u6216\u7406\u89e3\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u534f\u4f5c\u53d7\u9650\uff1a\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u72ec\u7acb\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5bfb\u6c42\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u6216\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9519\u5931\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/business.vic.gov.au\/business-information\/grow-your-business\/improve-employee-innovation\">\u521b\u65b0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"encouraging-open-communication\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9f13\u52b1\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u6c9f\u901a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u907f\u514d\u5b64\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u9996\u5148\u8981\u57f9\u517b\u56e2\u961f\u5185\u90e8\u6c9f\u901a\u548c\u900f\u660e\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4e00\u4e9b\u503c\u5f97\u8003\u8651\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u5b9a\u671f\u56e2\u961f\u4f1a\u8bae\uff1a\u5b9a\u671f\u5b89\u6392\u56e2\u961f\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4fe1\u606f\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u4e92\u901a\u62a5\u8fdb\u5ea6\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f1a\u8bae\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8ba8\u8bba\u6311\u6218\u548c\u5171\u540c\u5bfb\u627e\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u5229\u7528\u6280\u672f\u5e73\u53f0\uff1a\u53d1\u6325\u56e2\u961f\u4f5c\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/\">\u534f\u4f5c\u5de5\u5177<\/a> \u6216\u9879\u76ee\u7ba1\u7406\u8f6f\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u65b9\u4fbf\u6c9f\u901a\u548c\u66f4\u65b0\u3002\u8fd9\u786e\u4fdd\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u76f8\u4e92\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u77e5\u8bc6\u5171\u4eab\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\uff1a\u8ba4\u53ef\u5e76\u5956\u52b1\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u5171\u4eab\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u5458\u5de5\u8ba4\u53ef\u8ba1\u5212\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9f13\u52b1\u5206\u4eab\u548c\u534f\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\u7684\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
