Estar aberto gera confian\u00e7a n\u00e3o apenas internamente, mas tamb\u00e9m externamente. Embora a quest\u00e3o do impacto ambiental receba frequentemente a maior aten\u00e7\u00e3o, os aspectos sociais e de governa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o igualmente importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transformar uma estrat\u00e9gia ESG em a\u00e7\u00e3o significa primeiro planejar o meio ambiente, tratar seu pessoal de maneira justa e administrar sua empresa com honestidade. Um segundo passo para traduzir o seu plano ESG em a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 criar metas claras que correspondam aos valores da sua empresa.
