href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/carol_dweck_the_power_of_believing_that_you_can_improve\"><strong>Caroline S. Dweck<\/strong><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os OKRs n\u00e3o preencher\u00e3o todas as lacunas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o nem resolver\u00e3o todos os seus problemas, mas certamente podem ter um impacto positivo imenso em desafios e lacunas espec\u00edficos quando implantados de forma eficaz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/on-purpose\/202310\/the-power-of-mindset\">Mentalidade<\/a> Lacunas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A mentalidade com a qual as estrat\u00e9gias s\u00e3o criadas no mais alto n\u00edvel da empresa muitas vezes difere daquela de quem tem que executar as mesmas t\u00e9cnicas. Esta \u00e9 uma das v\u00e1rias raz\u00f5es pelas quais a maioria das empresas deve executar a sua estrat\u00e9gia de forma mais eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como a estrutura OKR \u00e9 uma metodologia \u00e1gil de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas, podemos preencher a \u201clacuna de estrat\u00e9gia e execu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e definir estrat\u00e9gias \u201cde maneira \u00e1gil\u201d. Uma mentalidade construtiva faz voc\u00ea pensar que os fracassos s\u00e3o oportunidades de aprendizagem que podem ser transformadas em crescimento positivo. Quando voc\u00ea tem uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade fixa, \u00e9 mais prov\u00e1vel que voc\u00ea veja apenas problemas e n\u00e3o encontre solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade construtiva n\u00e3o inclui a ignor\u00e2ncia dos problemas, mas, em vez disso, muda o foco para o pensamento orientado para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o e uma abordagem colaborativa para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas. Quanto mais tempo se mant\u00e9m o h\u00e1bito de permanecer dentro dos \u201climites auto-infligidos\u201d da sua zona de conforto, mais dif\u00edcil se torna perseguir \u201cobjectivos alargados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas vezes, quando os resultados de uma implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR s\u00e3o vistos como ruins pela alta administra\u00e7\u00e3o, sua rea\u00e7\u00e3o instintiva pode ser reverter para o que \u00e9 tang\u00edvel e um \u201cambiente de comando e controle\u201d. \u00c9 por isso que \u00e9 fundamental fazer pesquisas completas, criar um plano estrat\u00e9gico de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o completa sobre OKR em sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 essencial como voc\u00ea se comunica em torno dos OKRs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est\u00e1 claro para todos na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o por que estamos implementando OKR?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est\u00e1 claro para todos como \u00e9 o sucesso?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est\u00e1 claro quais s\u00e3o as minhas expectativas e as da minha equipe?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao garantir que todos os elementos de uma implementa\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida de OKR estejam totalmente focados, podemos preencher a \u201ctirania da lacuna tang\u00edvel\u201d atrav\u00e9s de OKRs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lacunas de habilidades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao comparar o nosso estado atual com o objetivo futuro desejado (OKR), pode revelar-se que algumas lacunas de compet\u00eancias precisam de ser abordadas para que possamos concretizar o OKR que definimos como equipa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depois de elaborar um OKR ou OKR, podemos trabalhar em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com nossa equipe de RH para avaliar as lacunas de compet\u00eancias. Com base nessas lacunas de compet\u00eancias identificadas, podemos oferecer experi\u00eancias de aprendizagem direcionadas e imersivas para preencher essas lacunas de compet\u00eancias ou contratar pessoas com as compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias.
