Por exemplo, um resultado fundamental para melhorar a equidade social poderia ser o lan\u00e7amento de programas de mentoria para jovens desfavorecidos na comunidade servida pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mensur\u00e1vel:<\/strong> Tal como os objectivos, os resultados principais devem ser mensur\u00e1veis. Devem fornecer m\u00e9tricas ou indicadores espec\u00edficos que indiquem progresso e sucesso.
