class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\u00fameros workshops e cursos de lideran\u00e7a s\u00e3o oferecidos e Lideran\u00e7a \u00e9 um assunto sobre o qual se escreve h\u00e1 s\u00e9culos \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os romanos tinham Augusto C\u00e9sar e Marco Aur\u00e9lio, Genghis Khan era um famoso l\u00edder mongol, Margaret Thatcher, Catarina, a Grande e E quais compet\u00eancias essenciais de lideran\u00e7a s\u00e3o mais importantes quando o sucesso dos OKRs e a sua sustentabilidade s\u00e3o considerados?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar de tudo o que foi dito acima, o desafio complexo de desenvolver l\u00edderes, criar estrat\u00e9gias significativas, garantir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e manter padr\u00f5es de excel\u00eancia operacional \u00e9 grande e muitas vezes revela-se esmagador para a maioria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem in\u00fameras compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a, dentro do contexto da lideran\u00e7a Agile e OKR, as seguintes s\u00e3o mais relevantes e importantes de acordo com a nossa experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confian\u00e7a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando n\u00f3s, como l\u00edderes, n\u00e3o temos confian\u00e7a em n\u00f3s mesmos ou nos nossos OKRs, como podemos esperar que os outros tenham confian\u00e7a em n\u00f3s? Os l\u00edderes OKR\/\u00c1gil t\u00eam grande confian\u00e7a no poder dos OKRs e em si mesmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O tipo de confian\u00e7a mais relevante para o alcance do OKR \u00e9 chamado de confian\u00e7a social. A confian\u00e7a social significa que quando eu, como l\u00edder, entro numa sala repleta de membros da minha equipa, tenho uma confian\u00e7a inabal\u00e1vel no facto de que chegaremos em conjunto a solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os nossos desafios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A confian\u00e7a nunca deve ser confundida com arrog\u00e2ncia. Arrog\u00e2ncia \u00e9 quando voc\u00ea acredita que \u00e9 melhor que os outros. A confian\u00e7a pode ser constru\u00edda ao longo do tempo e \u00e9 uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o do esfor\u00e7o e foco que voc\u00ea atribui a ela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construir confian\u00e7a come\u00e7a escrevendo as promessas que voc\u00ea faz a si mesmo e aos outros e cumprindo-as. Suas promessas quebradas corroem sua autoconfian\u00e7a e a confian\u00e7a que os outros depositam em voc\u00ea. A confian\u00e7a \u00e9 uma habilidade que pode ser desenvolvida e \u00e9 uma das in\u00fameras compet\u00eancias essenciais de lideran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada aos OKRs deve ser clara, consistente, facilmente acess\u00edvel, concisa e inspiradora para ser eficaz. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m deve estar alinhada com a vis\u00e3o, a cultura da empresa e um claro retorno do investimento do tempo gasto na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconsist\u00eancias na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o combinadas com falta de clareza podem criar confus\u00e3o e prejudicar o cumprimento das metas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As comunica\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser abertas, compartilhadas livremente e colaborativas. Todos na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o devem ter voz. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o durante os check-ins, prefeituras e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o deve apenas ser clara, mas tamb\u00e9m orientada positivamente. Um padr\u00e3o muito elevado de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o provavelmente ser\u00e1 a compet\u00eancia de lideran\u00e7a mais importante e a habilidade de maior impacto na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compet\u00eancia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os l\u00edderes de OKR devem ter uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o completa em OKR. Voc\u00ea s\u00f3 ter\u00e1 autonomia para defender OKRs em sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o se ambos passarem por um conjunto de cursos de OKR e aplicarem de forma pr\u00e1tica o conhecimento adquirido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um l\u00edder de OKR deve ser um campe\u00e3o de OKR dentro de sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um campe\u00e3o de OKR \u00e9 algu\u00e9m que tem um profundo n\u00edvel de conhecimento pr\u00e1tico em torno de OKRs, \u00e9 um defensor inspirador de OKRs e promove voluntariamente a propriedade (por exemplo, \u00e9 um propriet\u00e1rio de objetivo ou resultado principal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os l\u00edderes OKR devem ser altamente competentes em coaching e devem treinar seu pessoal com inten\u00e7\u00e3o positiva em vez de criticar.
