sucesso em 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabalhar com voc\u00ea em mais de quinhentas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em mais de 50 pa\u00edses proporcionou a n\u00f3s, no Instituto OKR, a melhor forma de educa\u00e7\u00e3o: aprender com a experi\u00eancia. Sem voc\u00ea isso n\u00e3o teria sido poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabalhando com voc\u00ea, constru\u00edmos um conjunto de melhores pr\u00e1ticas que compartilhamos com milhares e milhares de pessoas que frequentam nossos cursos. As pr\u00e1ticas recomendadas a seguir podem parecer muito simples, mas depois de aplic\u00e1-las, voc\u00ea descobrir\u00e1 que s\u00e3o um desafio no contexto da cultura da sua empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual o OKR Institute aconselha todas as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a escreverem seus pr\u00f3prios \u201cmanuais de OKR\u201d que reflitam tanto a singularidade quanto as complexidades da cultura da sua empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/07\/how-to-focus-on-whats-important-not-just-whats-urgent\">Menos \u00e9 mais<\/a>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suas estruturas OKR devem refletir as principais prioridades da empresa. Essas prioridades devem estar alinhadas com a vis\u00e3o, o sistema de valores e o prop\u00f3sito da empresa para garantir a sustentabilidade e o sucesso. No n\u00edvel estrat\u00e9gico, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel elaborar no m\u00e1ximo cinco OKRs e, no n\u00edvel de equipe, tr\u00eas por equipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos os objetivos acima devem refletir os resultados desejados que voc\u00ea deseja alcan\u00e7ar para os seus principais stakeholders, como seus clientes e a pr\u00f3pria empresa. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da sess\u00e3o de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR no n\u00edvel estrat\u00e9gico da empresa, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 descobrir que ter\u00e1 um grande n\u00famero de objetivos. Dentro deste cen\u00e1rio, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel classificar conjuntamente estes objetivos e manter os cinco primeiros como os OKRs que ser\u00e3o focados no mais alto n\u00edvel da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando voc\u00ea tem muitas prioridades como empresa e tenta aplicar o mesmo n\u00edvel de foco em todas essas prioridades, \u00e9 improv\u00e1vel que voc\u00ea alcance algum de seus objetivos. Um foco preciso nas prioridades mais importantes e de maior impacto da empresa cria uma base s\u00f3lida para o sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fa\u00e7a check-ins regulares<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um check-in semanal apresenta oportunidades maravilhosas para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seja proativo e resolva os problemas antes que se tornem incontrol\u00e1veis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iterar e melhorar as estruturas OKR existentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construa um esp\u00edrito de equipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprofunde sua compreens\u00e3o e aprenda sobre OKRs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deixar de fazer check-ins regulares muitas vezes resulta em tornar-se reativo ao longo do tempo e na perda de impulso em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos OKRs. Check-ins bem conduzidos envolvem conversas colaborativas para agilizar e melhorar nossos OKRs e superar conjuntamente os obst\u00e1culos em nosso caminho. Como Instituto OKR, frequentemente pedimos aos nossos clientes que fa\u00e7am parte dos primeiros check-ins, como facilitadores, para garantir a qualidade dos mesmos e impactar o sucesso dos OKRs a longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escreva seu pr\u00f3prio manual de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada empresa \u00e9 diferente e a cultura da empresa \u00e9 o contexto para o desempenho do OKR. Todas as empresas fariam bem em capturar todos os aprendizados relacionados aos OKRs e transformar esses aprendizados em um manual espec\u00edfico de OKR que reflita as complexidades da sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos os setores s\u00e3o diferentes e a forma como os OKRs s\u00e3o aplicados varia. Como exemplo pertinente, num ambiente altamente regulamentado, como o marco hist\u00f3rico do sector dos servi\u00e7os energ\u00e9ticos, os principais resultados seriam mais aplic\u00e1veis do que em ind\u00fastrias alternativas. Dentro de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o grande e tradicional que deseja se transformar em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1gil, inicialmente podemos usar a cascata de OKRs para garantir o alinhamento e \u00e9 improv\u00e1vel que esta abordagem seja seguida em um contexto de start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">esticar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por sua pr\u00f3pria defini\u00e7\u00e3o, os OKRs s\u00e3o metas ambiciosas e dif\u00edceis de alcan\u00e7ar. N\u00e3o alcan\u00e7aremos OKRs se permanecermos em nossas zonas de conforto ou medo. No entanto, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que alcancemos os nossos objectivos quando ultrapassamos a nossa zona de medo e entramos nas nossas zonas de aprendizagem e crescimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma forte orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade construtiva \u00e9 um requisito b\u00e1sico para alcan\u00e7ar OKRs. Todos na equipe devem estar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/aclk?sa=l&amp;ai=DChcSEwjA2tr436mDAxVJaCsKHYY2C94YABABGgJzZg&amp;ase=2&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAyp-sBhBSEiwAWWzTntUyDV5UhSkeSqQ8KOOmcjsx2vCA0jzT4vSyC8QpG1fiAPzoJ_wo2hoCjv0QAvD_BwE&amp;sig=AOD64_0S0s-Iu0hvWNjjSzHNuZEGgPyfXA&amp;q&amp;nis=4&amp;adurl&amp;ved=2ahUKEwi5wdX436mDAxUjSGwGHR2iAoUQ0Qx6BAgIEAE\">esticados al\u00e9m de sua capacidade inicial. <\/a><\/strong>Alongar n\u00e3o se trata apenas de ir al\u00e9m do potencial de cada indiv\u00edduo; trata-se mais do que podemos alcan\u00e7ar em conjunto atrav\u00e9s de um esfor\u00e7o colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3 poderemos alcan\u00e7ar grandes resultados se estivermos dispostos a identificar e capitalizar os pontos fortes uns dos outros e a superar conjuntamente as fraquezas individuais. Comportamentos de lideran\u00e7a consistentes, como apoiar os membros da equipe com coaching de alta qualidade, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para tornar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs bem-sucedida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freq\u00fcentemente, as estrat\u00e9gias s\u00e3o criadas no mais alto n\u00edvel da empresa e depois entregues \u00e0s equipes para serem executadas. Um modelo muito melhorado \u00e9 executar a estrat\u00e9gia ombro a ombro com os membros da equipe para obter sua ades\u00e3o \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lideran\u00e7a, no contexto de uma implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR, tamb\u00e9m consiste em fornecer clareza \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clareza de vis\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza do prop\u00f3sito compartilhado e do sistema de valores da empresa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza de pap\u00e9is e responsabilidades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experimentamos que a falta de clareza sobre a estrat\u00e9gia da empresa e a falta de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara s\u00e3o muitas vezes os fatores que se tornam obst\u00e1culos profundos no caminho do desempenho do OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um l\u00edder OKR ou Agile, para ter sucesso sustent\u00e1vel como l\u00edder, deve criar mais l\u00edderes.
