Afinal, qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a real entre OKRs e outros m\u00e9todos de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas? Para mim parece a mesma coisa, s\u00e3o apenas KPIs bem formulados &#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Felizmente, j\u00e1 tive o privil\u00e9gio de ouvir tais coment\u00e1rios antes e, portanto, estava bem preparado para enfrentar as preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es de Tim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esse \u00e9 um ponto de vista interessante e voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sozinho ao dizer isso, Tim, por favor, conte-me mais sobre KPIs e OKRs serem semelhantes. Melhore continuamente suas habilidades e aprendizado. Uma excelente abordagem para treinar outras pessoas \u00e9 co-criar solu\u00e7\u00f5es com elas, em vez de dizer-lhes o que fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos chegar a respostas em conjunto se n\u00f3s, como treinadores, nos prepararmos para cada sess\u00e3o com excelentes perguntas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voc\u00ea acha que h\u00e1 aprendizados obtidos com sua experi\u00eancia com KPIs que podem ser aplicados aos OKRs? Quais os principais desafios que voc\u00ea enfrentou em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao alcance dos KPIs? O que voc\u00ea acha que j\u00e1 fez muito bem? De acordo com a sua experi\u00eancia, o que pode ser melhorado? Que h\u00e1bitos relacionados ao desempenho precisamos abandonar, pois eles n\u00e3o nos servem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um resumo de treinamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outra dica do coaching OKR \u00e9 resumir toda a conversa no final. Este resumo capacita todas as partes da conversa a esclarecer quaisquer mal-entendidos e a aprofundar a sua determina\u00e7\u00e3o em tomar medidas imediatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em vez de tentar fazer com que a pessoa que estamos a treinar simplesmente concorde com tudo o que dizemos enquanto tentamos estabelecer autoridade, podemos fazer melhor concordando conjuntamente em criar um resumo colectivo da sess\u00e3o de coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depois de construir um relacionamento com nosso cliente e fazer perguntas positivas relevantes, podemos resumir o que foi dito no final da sess\u00e3o de coaching. Isso d\u00e1 \u00e0 pessoa que estamos treinando a oportunidade de corrigir o resumo e adicion\u00e1-lo sempre que for relevante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este resumo serve ent\u00e3o como ponto de refer\u00eancia para futuras a\u00e7\u00f5es e tomadas de decis\u00e3o sobre o caminho a seguir. Dentro do esp\u00edrito da lideran\u00e7a \u00e1gil, tomamos essas decis\u00f5es coletivamente. Um acordo sobre um resumo que foi feito e revisado \u00e9 geralmente muito mais poderoso do que simples \u201crespostas sim\u201d a perguntas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treinamento em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Vis\u00e3o<\/a> da empresa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um coach deve sempre avaliar o impacto potencial que pode ter na concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da vis\u00e3o de uma empresa. Quando n\u00f3s, como coaches, ajudamos consistentemente os outros a construir h\u00e1bitos poderosos que ajudam a ganhar momentos de avan\u00e7o para alcan\u00e7ar os objectivos da empresa, estamos a apoiar a actualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias e a vis\u00e3o da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando n\u00f3s, durante os workshops de reda\u00e7\u00e3o, facilitamos o processo de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de okrs poderosos (focados em resultados) e garantimos o alinhamento com a vis\u00e3o e estrat\u00e9gias da empresa, estamos contribuindo diretamente para o sucesso da empresa \u00e0 medida que iniciamos a execu\u00e7\u00e3o.
