href=\"https:\/\/charlesduhigg.com\/books\/the-power-of-habit\/\">H\u00e1bitos<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um h\u00e1bito \u00e9 algo que voc\u00ea faz com frequ\u00eancia e regularidade, \u00e0s vezes sem saber que est\u00e1 fazendo isso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Dicion\u00e1rio Cambridge<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essencialmente, um padr\u00e3o de h\u00e1bito permite que o c\u00e9rebro humano descanse. Quando voc\u00ea faz algo repetidamente, n\u00e3o precisa mais pensar nisso, ent\u00e3o camadas de estresse mental s\u00e3o removidas da equa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuamos engajados em padr\u00f5es de h\u00e1bitos mesmo quando eles nem sempre nos servem, porque h\u00e1 alguma recompensa a ser recebida por uma pr\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica. Sabemos que fumar n\u00e3o \u00e9 saud\u00e1vel, mas \u00e9 gratificante \u2013 sinto-me mais calmo e relaxado quando fumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma cultura organizacional nada mais \u00e9 do que o culminar dos h\u00e1bitos coletivos de todos dentro da empresa. Uma an\u00e1lise cuidadosa de quais padr\u00f5es nos servem e quais n\u00e3o nos servem pode formar a base para a sustentabilidade e o sucesso dos OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/09\/what-defines-a-successful-organization\">Sucesso<\/a> h\u00e1bitos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A principal armadilha de qualquer pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 que, uma vez que se torna um h\u00e1bito (um mau h\u00e1bito), leva tempo para parar. Podemos transformar essa armadilha em uma vantagem, garantindo que tornemos habituais as pr\u00e1ticas que nos servem ao implantar OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O que s\u00e3o considerados maus h\u00e1bitos que amea\u00e7am a sustentabilidade e o sucesso dos OKRs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Negatividade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mon\u00f3logos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Longos ciclos de feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lideran\u00e7a ausente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o vaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorecer um vasto n\u00famero de regras em vez de um sistema de valores pragm\u00e1tico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estar focado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar de fazer avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de recursos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formula\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gia deficiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1 educa\u00e7\u00e3o OKR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desalinhamento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se n\u00e3o nos responsabilizarmos, podemos facilmente criar o h\u00e1bito de comportamentos que n\u00e3o servem a n\u00f3s ou \u00e0 empresa. Um m\u00e9todo que pode apoiar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cpadr\u00f5es de h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis\u201d \u00e9 recompensar comportamentos que apoiam o sucesso do OKR, como, por exemplo, check-ins regulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9 aqui que uma lideran\u00e7a forte \u00e9 um requisito b\u00e1sico para o sucesso de uma implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como l\u00edderes, precisamos ser \u201cexemplos vivos\u201d dos comportamentos e h\u00e1bitos que servem a n\u00f3s e \u00e0 empresa. H\u00e1bitos de lideran\u00e7a, como ser orientado para resultados e trabalhar lado a lado com os membros da equipe, s\u00e3o fatores cr\u00edticos de sucesso em excelentes implementa\u00e7\u00f5es de OKR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como L\u00edderes, podemos iniciar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de padr\u00f5es de h\u00e1bitos, por exemplo, garantindo que os check-ins semanais sejam agendados e que nos comportemos durante essas reuni\u00f5es de forma inspiradora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e1bitos coletivos que formam uma cultura de alto desempenho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A forma como disseminamos informa\u00e7\u00f5es em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator de alto impacto tanto na cultura quanto no desempenho organizacional. Quando o conhecimento \u201cirradia\u201d por toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de reuni\u00f5es regulares e colaborativas, criamos um ambiente de transpar\u00eancia e confian\u00e7a. Quando, por outro lado, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es apenas s\u00e3o armazenadas e os membros da equipe precisam recuper\u00e1-las quando percebem a necessidade, estamos lidando com o fluxo de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de forma reativa e menos otimizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto mais curtos forem os ciclos de feedback, melhor \u2013 Como Instituto OKR, aconselhamos fazer check-ins semanais proativos de OKR e destacar que isso provavelmente ser\u00e1 o fator mais cr\u00edtico da sustentabilidade e do sucesso dos OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O h\u00e1bito da lideran\u00e7a de ter presen\u00e7a f\u00edsica nos momentos mais importantes ajuda a construir a confian\u00e7a entre os membros da equipe. O princ\u00edpio de gest\u00e3o Lean de &#039;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Genchi_Genbutsu\"><strong>Genchi Genbutsu<\/strong><\/a>&#039; (V\u00e1 e veja) \u00e9 uma abordagem pragm\u00e1tica \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a e gest\u00e3o e incentiva os l\u00edderes a testemunhar e participar na execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um h\u00e1bito pessoal que gostaria de compartilhar \u00e9 desafiar-me diariamente fazendo uma pergunta direta: <strong>O que vem a seguir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta pergunta muito simples me desafia das seguintes maneiras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O que farei de novo e desafiador?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isso me ajuda a desafiar o status quo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimula a
