class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 primeira vista, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs pode parecer simples \u2013 afinal, tudo que voc\u00ea precisa fazer \u00e9 escrever declara\u00e7\u00f5es objetivas, definir resultados-chave de apoio e executar um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o. Existem, no entanto, algumas camadas de complexidade a serem consideradas quando se trata da sustentabilidade e do sucesso dos OKRs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alinhamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacidade de recursos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O impacto da cultura das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resist\u00eancia \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No Instituto OKR, tivemos o privil\u00e9gio de treinar mais de quinhentas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em mais de cinquenta pa\u00edses diferentes, capacitando-nos a partilhar as melhores pr\u00e1ticas aprendidas com a nossa experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A forma como treinamos e nos comunicamos durante a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs determina em grande parte o qu\u00e3o bem-sucedidos teremos no longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKA29Xd2hlV6ASSAHjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373912\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fhbr.org%2f2019%2f09%2fcoaching-for-change\/RK=2\/RS=L0G0PlrbYG5tH2ROIha1Ccdv6CQ-\">Treinamento<\/a> \u00e9 sobre comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e modelagem relevantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma pr\u00e1tica recomendada a ser considerada relacionada \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o em torno de OKRs \u00e9 vir preparado para reuni\u00f5es de OKR com grandes d\u00favidas sobre estar preparado para o que dizer. \u00c9 natural ter o desejo de impressionar e motivar as pessoas com excelentes discursos, mas essa forma de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o costuma durar pouco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando promovemos genuinamente a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a cocria\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo positivamente curiosos e fazendo continuamente grandes perguntas, estamos focados em chegar em conjunto a respostas. Quando uma pessoa em uma sala fala, cria-se a impress\u00e3o de que ela tem todas as respostas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Como posso ajud\u00e1-lo melhor?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o que criou o impulso para um resultado importante?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quais bloqueadores voc\u00ea est\u00e1 enfrentando e que papel voc\u00ea acha que posso desempenhar para ajudar a super\u00e1-los?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Como podemos tornar esse OKR mais focado em resultados?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nossos OKRs est\u00e3o alinhados \u00e0 Estrat\u00e9gia?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qual \u00e9 o prop\u00f3sito por tr\u00e1s desta declara\u00e7\u00e3o de objetivo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Algu\u00e9m notou uma depend\u00eancia nesta estrutura OKR?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As perguntas acima s\u00e3o simples que podem ser feitas para promover a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o. O comando e o controle est\u00e3o morrendo lentamente; em vez disso, n\u00f3s, como l\u00edderes, devemos agir lado a lado com os membros de nossa equipe. Dessa forma, servimos de modelo para todos os envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que seja nossa responsabilidade mais importante como l\u00edderes agir de acordo com o sistema de valores da empresa. Se as nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o forem consistentes com as nossas mensagens, perderemos a confian\u00e7a dos nossos stakeholders e, uma vez perdida a confian\u00e7a, tudo fica mais lento e \u00e9 afetado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construir conex\u00e3o, <a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awr1SZ2fd2hlmr4RPMvjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373984\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.forbes.com%2fsites%2fwork-in-progress%2f2015%2f03%2f16%2fhow-to-get-real-buy-in-for-your-idea%2f\/RK=2\/RS=QoJzK23a3jvO0ZTmGYw81pLeWUU-\">Obtenha ades\u00e3o<\/a> e cocriar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual voc\u00ea acha que \u00e9 a melhor maneira de construir relacionamento quando as reuni\u00f5es come\u00e7am? Uma \u00f3tima maneira \u00e9 transformar as declara\u00e7\u00f5es dos outros em perguntas. Quando voc\u00ea usa esta t\u00e9cnica simples, mas profunda, isso prova que voc\u00ea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est\u00e3o escutando<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quer saber mais sobre o assunto em discuss\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 realmente interessado no que a outra pessoa est\u00e1 dizendo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por exemplo, digamos que um membro da equipe fa\u00e7a a seguinte declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ainda estou confuso sobre qual \u00e9 exatamente a diferen\u00e7a entre KPIs e OKRs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos transformar esta afirma\u00e7\u00e3o em uma pergunta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O que voc\u00ea diria que \u00e9 exatamente igual entre KPIs e OKRs, conte-me mais? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao tornar as vantagens dos OKRs muito claras e mostrar como os OKRs e os KPIs se complementam, podemos obter a ades\u00e3o das partes interessadas desde o in\u00edcio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando as pessoas s\u00e3o galvanizadas em torno de uma vis\u00e3o convincente, um prop\u00f3sito partilhado e um sistema de valores, geralmente ficam muito mais abertas \u00e0 partilha e \u00e0 co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o. A cocria\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ampliada atrav\u00e9s do questionamento conjunto e positivo do status quo,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro passo para galvanizar as pessoas em torno de objectivos partilhados \u00e9 comunicar de uma forma altamente transparente. Precisamos deixar bem claro o papel de cada pessoa quando se trata de OKRs. A transpar\u00eancia promove a confian\u00e7a. A confian\u00e7a \u00e9 a base para a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a velocidade de lan\u00e7amento no mercado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No caso das estrat\u00e9gias e da Vis\u00e3o da empresa precisarem ser mais expl\u00edcitas, tanto o alinhamento quanto a execu\u00e7\u00e3o tornam-se altamente desafiadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/strategy-and-corporate-finance\/our-insights\/mastering-the-building-blocks-of-strategy\"><strong>As estrat\u00e9gias s\u00e3o muito mais claras se
