Hazel<\/strong><\/a> sobre dimensionamento de empresas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff Hazell ajuda as expans\u00f5es a eliminar as dores do crescimento. Ele apoiou a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes de lideran\u00e7a, aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es e novas vagas em outros pa\u00edses para a t\u00e3o comentada empresa, famosa n\u00e3o apenas por ser um podcast de m\u00fasica digital, mas tamb\u00e9m por suas formas inovadoras de trabalhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembrei-me de uma confer\u00eancia onde Cliff e eu \u00e9ramos palestrantes, na confer\u00eancia African Lean Management na Cidade do Cabo, \u00c1frica do Sul, em 2016 \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembro-me vividamente de Cliff focando em um slide que mostrava uma foto de duas pessoas pr\u00f3ximas relaxando em redes separadas. Essa abordagem permite que ele aplique o m\u00e9todo apropriado a cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O uso eficaz das ferramentas depende, e se voc\u00ea tiver apenas um dispositivo, ele se mostrar\u00e1 a &#039;ferramenta errada&#039; ou o &#039;momento errado&#039; para que esta ferramenta espec\u00edfica seja utilizada em diversas situa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu perguntei a ele -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quais s\u00e3o os elementos essenciais para expandir qualquer empresa? Ele aludiu a tr\u00eas fatores cr\u00edticos de sucesso. Tomei a liberdade de inserir meus coment\u00e1rios sobre como isso se relaciona com os OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Os princ\u00edpios b\u00e1sicos para dimensionar uma empresa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Criando foco.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sem foco, nossas equipes lutam para entregar. Em vez de toda a empresa tratar algo como o n\u00famero 1 e dar-lhe um caminho r\u00e1pido, temos 17 \u201cOKRs de prioridade m\u00e1xima\u201d, todos iguais em urg\u00eancia. Isso significa que iniciamos todos eles e espalhamos o esfor\u00e7o de nossa equipe em muitas coisas. Como cada equipe \u00e9 muito ocupada, se precisarmos de mais algu\u00e9m para nos ajudar, temos que esperar que eles estejam dispon\u00edveis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u00fanica maneira de sair dessa bagun\u00e7a \u00e9 ter um \u00fanico #1 transparente e colocar o resto em sequ\u00eancia atr\u00e1s dele. Dessa forma, quando eu precisar de sua ajuda no #1, voc\u00ea sabe que deve fazer uma pausa no #17 para ajudar. Da mesma forma, quando voc\u00ea me pede ajuda em seu #17, posso dizer \u201cdesculpe, voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 esperar at\u00e9 que eu termine aqui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma vez que conseguirmos fazer isso, podemos realmente entregar o que colocamos no n\u00famero 1, vale a pena gastar energia para descobrir o que dever\u00edamos ter no topo. Antes que possamos realmente nos concentrar, \u00e9 in\u00fatil, pois de qualquer maneira, trataremos todos eles como iguais. agarrar-se-\u00e1 a qualquer coisa que, mesmo que apenas na apar\u00eancia, os ajude a ter sucesso ou ignorar\u00e1 tudo quando se sentirem sobrecarregados. Isso desperdi\u00e7a o tempo valioso do nosso pessoal, bem como o tempo e os esfor\u00e7os da nossa empresa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decidir coletivamente sobre nossas verdadeiras prioridades no momento e criar um foco nisto \u00e9 um ponto de partida ideal para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs focados em resultados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Encontrando Alavancagem.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maior parte do que trabalhamos pode ser caracterizado como indireto ou neutro em termos de impacto. Apenas muito poucos itens compensam mais do que a energia que consomem. Nosso objetivo \u00e9 encontr\u00e1-los e gastar o m\u00ednimo de tempo poss\u00edvel com os outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual \u00e9 o nosso (ou provavelmente ser\u00e1) o ponto de partida ideal para nos ajudar a ver uma tra\u00e7\u00e3o significativa? Um projeto existente que seja considerado muito impactante e essencial, em que a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o multifuncional j\u00e1 seja promovida, provavelmente ser\u00e1 um ponto de partida ideal para um piloto de OKR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jamesclear.com\/atomic-habits\">Construindo h\u00e1bitos<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos n\u00f3s vimos in\u00fameros projetos, estrat\u00e9gias e declara\u00e7\u00f5es de vis\u00e3o. Independentemente de quem os redigiu ou da sua qualidade, eles n\u00e3o t\u00eam sentido at\u00e9 que tomemos medidas consistentes para apoiar a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O objetivo aqui \u00e9 tornar os padr\u00f5es ben\u00e9ficos f\u00e1ceis e os prejudiciais dif\u00edceis ou menos prov\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma maneira de ver isso \u00e9 Fric\u00e7\u00e3o, adicionamos fric\u00e7\u00e3o (regras, processos etc.) para desacelerar as coisas ou removemos fric\u00e7\u00e3o para tornar isso mais f\u00e1cil (menos etapas, decis\u00f5es mais r\u00e1pidas, autoatendimento etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff chama isso de \u201cfazer sentido\u201d, e muito poucas empresas, dentro da \u201cn\u00e9voa\u201d de entusiasmo, press\u00f5es e neg\u00f3cios como de costume, estabelecem seu status atual (ponto de partida) com grande clareza. Se n\u00e3o formos honestos e transparentes sobre onde estamos, como poderemos selecionar para onde queremos ir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construir h\u00e1bitos que capacitem voc\u00ea a expandir seu neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 essencial para conquistas sustent\u00e1veis. Padr\u00f5es de \u201cirradia\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es por meio de stand-ups bem executados, check-ins completos de OKR, proporcionando seguran\u00e7a psicol\u00f3gica, promovendo verdadeiramente a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e coaching de apoio em vez de criticar s\u00e3o todos importantes para atualizar os OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
