class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs e &#039;gerenciamento de tempo&#039; s\u00e3o t\u00f3picos que dependem em alto grau um do outro. Algo a considerar profundamente \u00e9 que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o consegue administrar o tempo, pois todos temos a mesma quantidade \u2013 24 horas por dia. No entanto, voc\u00ea pode melhorar a forma como se comporta em 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerenciar bem sua agenda significa que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 aumentando automaticamente seu desempenho e o de sua equipe. Os elementos mais essenciais para um bom gerenciamento s\u00e3o a prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o e a a\u00e7\u00e3o consistente. Os mesmos dois fatores s\u00e3o cr\u00edticos para a sustentabilidade e o sucesso dos OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos usar qualquer t\u00e9cnica, como o time boxing, mas se n\u00e3o estivermos trabalhando nas prioridades identificadas, o time boxing n\u00e3o ajudar\u00e1 muito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No contexto dos OKRs, a prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 um exerc\u00edcio individual, mas um exerc\u00edcio conjunto de equipe para estabelecer nossas prioridades claras. A clareza de import\u00e2ncia, no entanto, s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel alcan\u00e7ar com clareza de vis\u00e3o e estrat\u00e9gias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00f3s, que estamos no topo da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00f3 podemos esperar que os outros se administrem bem quando:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-criamos uma vis\u00e3o e deixamos bem claro qual \u00e9 a vis\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocriamos estrat\u00e9gias e aqueles que t\u00eam que execut\u00e1-las t\u00eam clareza absoluta sobre qual \u00e9 a estrat\u00e9gia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decidimos coletivamente quais s\u00e3o as principais prioridades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Definimos OKRs estrat\u00e9gicos que s\u00e3o poderosos, significativos e alinhados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00f3s realmente promovemos a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a confian\u00e7a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00f3s fornecemos pr\u00e1ticas <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">experi\u00eancias de desenvolvimento de habilidades para nossas equipes.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perguntas para refletir sobre &#039;Autogest\u00e3o&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A &#039;autogest\u00e3o&#039; torna-se mais simples quando chegamos \u00e0s respostas \u00e0s seguintes quest\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s da autodescoberta, experi\u00eancia e conselhos de outras pessoas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quais s\u00e3o as nossas prioridades atuais?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que tempo deve ser gasto em &#039;atividades relacionadas aos neg\u00f3cios como de costume&#039; e que tempo devemos gastar em OKRs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quantas reuni\u00f5es s\u00e3o essenciais e como podemos torn\u00e1-las mais eficazes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como Performance Coach, a primeira coisa que fa\u00e7o com um cliente \u00e9 rever a sua agenda, o que \u00e9 muito revelador em termos de prioridades reais e autogest\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analisamos e avaliamos coletivamente se algumas reuni\u00f5es podem ser totalmente removidas e, caso contr\u00e1rio, como podemos agilizar essas reuni\u00f5es para que ocupem menos tempo. Libere tempo concentrando-se nas prioridades e realizando reuni\u00f5es mais curtas, por\u00e9m mais poderosas, com um claro retorno do investimento do seu tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk revela que um de seus principais <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">hacks de produtividade<\/a> \u00e9 ter reuni\u00f5es de 15 minutos em geral. A maioria das pessoas teria aquelas reuni\u00f5es que duravam bem mais de uma hora. Em m\u00e9dia, voc\u00ea pode economizar pelo menos dez horas por semana priorizando e realizando reuni\u00f5es focadas, ou seja, se atualmente voc\u00ea tem tend\u00eancia a ter reuni\u00f5es que geralmente duram muito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liberar seu tempo para o que realmente importa permite que voc\u00ea dedique mais tempo \u00e0 parte mais importante dos OKRs, como, entre outros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de workshops poderosos de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR e condu\u00e7\u00e3o de check-ins semanais proativos e iterativos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sobrecarregado com muitas reuni\u00f5es, h\u00e1 pouca ou nenhuma oportunidade para autorreflex\u00e3o e autodesenvolvimento. Tanto a reflex\u00e3o como o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias s\u00e3o fatores essenciais para a sustentabilidade e sucesso dos OKRs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Criar equipas auto-organizadas e promover a autonomia s\u00e3o apenas palavras at\u00e9 apoiarmos todos os membros da equipa atrav\u00e9s de coaching pr\u00e1tico sobre autogest\u00e3o. Todos estes termos, como \u201cgest\u00e3o do tempo\u201d, autogest\u00e3o e muito mais, s\u00e3o relativos:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seu pai perguntou a Sam: O que voc\u00ea tem feito esta semana?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam respondeu com orgulho: terminei <a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/\">Simon Sineks<\/a>&#039; Encontrando o porqu\u00ea, e escrevi uma tarefa sobre Prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pai de Sams sorriu e perguntou: O que voc\u00ea leu e escreveu esta semana voc\u00ea colocou em pr\u00e1tica? Voc\u00ea pode me dar um exemplo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 Na pr\u00f3xima semana farei algo a respeito, pai. Eu estava muito ocupado lendo e escrevendo sobre prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas vezes estamos t\u00e3o ocupados em reuni\u00f5es que temos pouco ou nenhum tempo para execu\u00e7\u00e3o.
