corrigi-los) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos cometemos erros honestos na busca de solu\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas, e as estrat\u00e9gias devem ser aplaudidas, pois proporcionam as melhores oportunidades de aprendizagem. Cada dia \u00e9 uma oportunidade apresentada aos l\u00edderes para moldarem um ambiente onde seja muito bom cometer erros; desde que sejam honestos e enquadrados como oportunidades de aprendizagem imediatamente postas em pr\u00e1tica, s\u00e3o passos perfeitos e precisos dados em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leia o seguinte esclarecedor <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/04\/strategies-for-learning-from-failure\">Artigo da Harvard Business Review<\/a> <\/strong>sobre como transformar fracassos ou erros em experi\u00eancias de aprendizagem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem erros que devemos evitar se quisermos ter sucesso com os OKRs. Esses erros geralmente s\u00e3o muito prejudiciais ao desempenho:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. N\u00e3o criar seguran\u00e7a psicol\u00f3gica nas suas equipes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pessoas em modo de sobreviv\u00eancia, ainda tentando descobrir quais relacionamentos construir e como ser excelentes em suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, provavelmente perseguir\u00e3o metas ambiciosas quando experimentarem uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a psicol\u00f3gica. Como l\u00edderes, cabe a n\u00f3s criar deliberadamente um ambiente de seguran\u00e7a, confian\u00e7a e inspira\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elogios sinceros e filas de pertencimento como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Voc\u00eas s\u00e3o essenciais para esta equipe&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Eu tenho muita f\u00e9 em voc\u00ea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;O trabalho que voc\u00eas fizeram para ganhar impulso neste resultado chave foi extraordin\u00e1rio&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deveria ser um grampo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantumworkplace.com\/future-of-work\/create-psychological-safety-in-the-workplace\"><strong>na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da sua equipe<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Provavelmente n\u00e3o fazer check-in significa n\u00e3o ter sucesso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-ins semanais de OKR permitem que voc\u00ea tenha o controle dos OKRs e permite que voc\u00ea seja proativo na itera\u00e7\u00e3o de seus principais resultados e a\u00e7\u00f5es. Aconselhamos seguir uma cad\u00eancia semanal de check-ins OKR curtos, mas poderosos. Fazer check-ins regulares muitas vezes resulta em ser reativo e n\u00e3o conseguir atingir seus OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Quando as pessoas sentem falta de significado e impacto no seu trabalho, \u00e9 pouco prov\u00e1vel que persigam objectivos ambiciosos. Fornecer \u00e0s pessoas um prop\u00f3sito operacionalizado \u00e9 outro fator essencial de sucesso, n\u00e3o apenas quando se trata de OKRs, mas tamb\u00e9m do desenvolvimento organizacional como um todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Estar focado nos resultados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vemos muitas declara\u00e7\u00f5es de objetivos focadas em resultados, como &#039;Criar um novo recurso&#039;, &#039;Construir um novo site&#039; e muito mais. Portanto, estas declara\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o trazem o valor acrescentado nem o impacto desejado dessas atividades e n\u00e3o s\u00e3o inspiradoras. Temos mais probabilidade de atingir metas mais focadas em resultados, pois s\u00e3o mais inspiradoras e transparentes em termos de benef\u00edcios e valor agregado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. N\u00e3o ter estrat\u00e9gia ou ter uma estrat\u00e9gia vaga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estrat\u00e9gia s\u00e3o pontos de diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o da concorr\u00eancia que s\u00e3o valiosos e significativos para todos os stakeholders e diferen\u00e7as que podemos preservar. Estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma lista de objetivos, nem utiliza ferramentas espec\u00edficas como metodologias \u00c1geis. Qualquer pessoa pode aplic\u00e1-lo. Por exemplo, a Netflix optou estrategicamente por criar conte\u00fado original em vez de apenas transmitir conte\u00fado de terceiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Apenas seguir e n\u00e3o criar seu pr\u00f3prio manual de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00fanica e tem seu pr\u00f3prio ciclo de vida, cultura e desafios. Seguir as formas de outros introduzirem OKRs em sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um erro. Sim, \u00e9 bom seguir as melhores pr\u00e1ticas de OKR para ter pelo menos uma \u201cestrutura flex\u00edvel\u201d \u00e0 medida que voc\u00ea implementa OKRs, mas, eventualmente, voc\u00ea precisa
