falar sobre o futuro de uma forma que inspire e motive\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A falta de clareza na nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, combinada com uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o anterior sobre a forma como abordamos as pessoas e os problemas, s\u00e3o muitas vezes culpadas por n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7armos os nossos objetivos de longo alcance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os OKRs s\u00e3o orientados para o futuro e melhor sustentados por uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o orientada para o futuro, positiva, motivacional e baseada no di\u00e1logo. Como podemos falar sobre o Futuro de uma forma que inspire e motive? \u2013 \u00c9 uma quest\u00e3o cr\u00edtica a ser respondida atrav\u00e9s da a\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que a sustentabilidade e o sucesso dos OKRs dependem em grande parte disso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 um fato bem documentado e pesquisado que, apesar de serem bem treinados e de se considerarem excelentes em coaching, a maioria dos gestores ainda diz \u00e0s pessoas o que fazer. Eles n\u00e3o podem ser culpados por isso, pois:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>\u00c9 natural pensar que a maneira mais r\u00e1pida de chegar a um resultado \u00e9 dizer \u00e0s pessoas o que fazer, em vez de ter longas conversas sobre o que fazer a seguir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O estilo de gerenciamento comando-controle \u00e9 um h\u00e1bito arraigado em muitas culturas corporativas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leia o seguinte <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Artigo da Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/a> sobre o estilo geral de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e coaching dos gestores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1ria uma mudan\u00e7a em nossa abordagem de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e mentalidade para ter sucesso com OKRs no longo prazo. Por sua pr\u00f3pria natureza, como metas extensas, os OKRs n\u00e3o s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de alcan\u00e7ar. Portanto, a necessidade central de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 no cerne dos OKRs \u2013 os indiv\u00edduos, independentemente do seu talento e compet\u00eancias, n\u00e3o podem alcan\u00e7ar sozinhos objectivos estrat\u00e9gicos de longo alcance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seja curioso com inten\u00e7\u00e3o otimista e confiante.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem dois tipos de confian\u00e7a nos quais podemos nos concentrar a esse respeito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Voc\u00ea pode entrar em uma sala, acreditar que pode resolver todos os problemas e ter as respostas para tudo sozinho. Isso \u00e9 chamado de confian\u00e7a epist\u00eamica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voc\u00ea pode entrar em uma sala e acreditar, com absoluta confian\u00e7a, que tem a habilidade de facilitar, extrair e descobrir as respostas corretas e coletivas dos membros da equipe ao longo do tempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A op\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00famero dois tem muito mais probabilidade de criar um ambiente de confian\u00e7a e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do tempo e levar a um melhor \u201cdesempenho de OKR\u201d.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>O tipo de confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">e<\/a> <\/strong>aludida no ponto dois acima \u00e9 chamada de confian\u00e7a social. Isso pode ser constru\u00eddo ao longo do tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma boa maneira de construir confian\u00e7a social \u00e9 chegar \u00e0s reuni\u00f5es bem preparado, com perguntas excelentes que promovam a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e tenham uma inten\u00e7\u00e3o positiva. Mantenha as perguntas simples, mas alinhadas aos OKRs definidos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foi um excelente come\u00e7o para este OKR, pois anotamos a inten\u00e7\u00e3o clara do que quer\u00edamos alcan\u00e7ar. Como podemos tornar esse OKR mais focado em resultados e agregar valor ao cliente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como posso ajudar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estou muito interessado em saber o que voc\u00ea fez para criar impulso nesse resultado importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este foi um trabalho excelente; por favor me diga exatamente como voc\u00ea conseguiu isso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falh\u00e1mos, mas isso \u00e9 \u00f3ptimo \u2013 o fracasso \u00e9 aprendizagem. O que sab\u00edamos? E o que podemos fazer de diferente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKRs e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dirigida ao futuro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maioria de n\u00f3s tende a insistir no passado, o que \u00e9 compreens\u00edvel, pois este \u00e9 um ponto de refer\u00eancia realista e n\u00e3o sabemos exatamente o que o futuro nos reserva. No entanto, as refer\u00eancias ao passado s\u00f3 s\u00e3o ben\u00e9ficas quando as utilizamos como uma oportunidade para obter aprendizagens positivas dele. Como os OKRs s\u00e3o direcionados para o futuro, isso anda de m\u00e3os dadas com <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">comunica\u00e7\u00e3o orientada para o futuro<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um exemplo de como podemos transformar conversas orientadas para o passado em comunica\u00e7\u00e3o orientada para o futuro \u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em vez de \u201cmartelar\u201d o comportamento passado de um membro da equipe que voc\u00ea julgou improdutivo, voc\u00ea pode perguntar: pelo que voc\u00ea gostaria de ser conhecido?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No contexto de fazer esta pergunta com inten\u00e7\u00e3o positiva e de apoio, ela pode criar uma imagem positiva nas mentes dos membros da equipe sobre um estado futuro desejado. O clima em torno da conversa ser\u00e1 mais positivo se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>perguntas bem constru\u00eddas<\/strong><\/a> tais como estes s\u00e3o perguntados. Provavelmente ser\u00e1 mais negativo se fizermos declara\u00e7\u00f5es repetidamente sobre o comportamento passado dos membros da equipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usar comunica\u00e7\u00e3o voltada para o futuro durante reuni\u00f5es relacionadas a OKR, como reuni\u00f5es municipais, check-ins e revis\u00f5es, provavelmente criar\u00e1 um clima motivador em torno dos OKRs, especialmente quando voc\u00ea, como equipe, apenas se refere ao passado como ponto de refer\u00eancia para aprendizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os OKRs alinhados ao prop\u00f3sito, estrat\u00e9gias e vis\u00e3o operacionalizados da empresa existem para criar um estado futuro desejado para todas as partes interessadas. Um fator importante para tornar os OKRs sustent\u00e1veis e bem-sucedidos \u00e9 garantir uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o positiva, transparente e voltada para o futuro.
