A Netflix executou sua estrat\u00e9gia de inovar criando seu conte\u00fado original, em parte, implantando OKRs. Outras empresas mundialmente famosas, como Tesla, BMW e Microsoft, usam OKRs como uma metodologia \u00e1gil de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas. Devemos usar m\u00e9todos \u00e1geis, OKRs e KPIs, ou devemos, por exemplo, usar apenas OKRs? A resposta simples \u00e9: voc\u00ea pode usar tudo, pois todos se complementam. Por exemplo, um KPI n\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, como uma queda nas vendas, pode ser transformado em um saud\u00e1vel por meio de uma estrutura OKR. Compilamos essas pr\u00e1ticas com base em nossa experi\u00eancia global em coaching e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs em v\u00e1rios setores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melhores pr\u00e1ticas de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>&#039;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2022\/02\/17\/the-great-prioritization-managing-workload-when-there-are-fewer-people-to-do-the-work\/?sh=1acd3eb54aa8\">Menos \u00e9 mais<\/a>&#039; <\/strong>\u2013 Tenha entre tr\u00eas e cinco OKRs por equipe. &#039;Me\u00e7a o que realmente importa&#039;. O foco \u00e9 um fator cr\u00edtico de sucesso na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de metas, e o foco \u00e9 dilu\u00eddo a cada meta adicional que \u00e9 definida. Algumas equipes e empresas n\u00e3o perguntam:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos os recursos humanos, financeiros e capacidade de habilidades necess\u00e1rios para atingir nossos OKRs?
