resultados-chave que levam a excelentes resultados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escrever \u00f3timos resultados-chave que levam a excelentes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/business-outcomes\"><strong>resultados<\/strong><\/a> requer a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica de melhores pr\u00e1ticas otimizadas. Alguns comentam que os OKRs s\u00e3o \u201ct\u00e3o simples\u201d e, at\u00e9 certo ponto, est\u00e3o certos. \u00c0 primeira vista, os OKRs tratam simplesmente de escrever Objetivos, apoiar resultados-chave e um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o que se alinhe com o acima mencionado. Todos os itens acima combinados podem levar a \u00f3timos resultados vitais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d3timos resultados chave<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Um modelo geral para os principais resultados =<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumente ou diminua uma determinada m\u00e9trica de _____ para _____, por exemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumente os usu\u00e1rios ativos di\u00e1rios de 1500 para 5000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diminuir a taxa de rotatividade de 5% para 2%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas: Que crit\u00e9rios garantem, na medida do poss\u00edvel, que estamos escrevendo os resultados-chave mais otimizados?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eles devem ser mensur\u00e1veis.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crescemos ouvindo coisas como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;V\u00e1 estudar para o seu teste&#039;, fa\u00e7a sua lista de tarefas, sem focar no benef\u00edcio final de faz\u00ea-lo, e essa tend\u00eancia continua na escola, na universidade e em nossas carreiras. Esse h\u00e1bito costuma ser o culpado por fazer com que as pessoas escrevam resultados-chave focados em resultados, especialmente quando come\u00e7am a escrever OKRs. Faremos bem em ter sempre em mente que excelentes resultados-chave t\u00eam v\u00e1rias dimens\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eles devem acompanhar o progresso em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a um resultado<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um resultado-chave como &#039;facilitar 5 sess\u00f5es de treinamento&#039; n\u00e3o \u00e9 ideal, pois simplesmente denota uma atividade repetitiva sem qualquer garantia de qualidade; portanto, esse resultado-chave espec\u00edfico n\u00e3o acompanha necessariamente o progresso em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a um resultado desejado. Se, no entanto, facilitarmos 5 sess\u00f5es de treinamento para nossos baristas para reduzir o tempo de servi\u00e7o do caf\u00e9 de cinco minutos para dois minutos \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando realmente avan\u00e7amos progressivamente na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de servi\u00e7o, estamos nos aproximando do resultado desejado de clientes satisfeitos que amam nosso caf\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eles devem representar um esfor\u00e7o para a equipe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por sua pr\u00f3pria natureza, os OKRs s\u00e3o objetivos ambiciosos e de longo alcance.
