Para ser mais claro sobre o que \u00e9 estrat\u00e9gia, podemos elaborar sobre o que estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o \u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Estrat\u00e9gia ou estrat\u00e9gias n\u00e3o s\u00e3o metas ou objetivos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o \u00e9 efic\u00e1cia operacional \u2013 A efic\u00e1cia operacional \u00e9 uma capacidade essencial, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia. A efic\u00e1cia operacional, de um modo geral, n\u00e3o criar\u00e1 uma vantagem competitiva sustent\u00e1vel, pois todos ou alguns de seus concorrentes podem se esfor\u00e7ar para isso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma Vis\u00e3o ou miss\u00e3o, nem um conjunto de valores, mas as estrat\u00e9gias podem ser alinhadas e\/ou integradas com os anteriores.
