crucial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gest\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>Encontros<\/strong><\/a> ainda est\u00e1 na ordem do dia. Se quisermos criar um sucesso sustent\u00e1vel para a nossa empresa e para n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios, faremos bem em estar atentos ao demasiado tempo gasto em reuni\u00f5es e, mais importante, sermos muito cautelosos em reuni\u00f5es onde n\u00e3o se obt\u00e9m retorno do investimento na nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 simplesmente um passo entre v\u00e1rios definir OKRs alinhados e focados em resultados. Covey<\/a><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma pergunta frequentemente feita aos participantes do nosso curso de Lideran\u00e7a OKR \u00e9: Voc\u00ea acha que ainda \u00e9 uma ocorr\u00eancia regular em sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o que muito poucas pessoas na equipe falam mais durante as reuni\u00f5es e o resto apenas balan\u00e7a a cabe\u00e7a? ? At\u00e9 agora, mais de noventa por cento dos nossos participantes afirmam que o cen\u00e1rio acima descrito ainda se aplica \u00e0 sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Existem v\u00e1rios desafios para este cen\u00e1rio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma abordagem inclusiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voc\u00ea s\u00f3 aprende quando ouve e n\u00e3o quando fala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma abordagem colaborativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9 uma abordagem de comando e controle e n\u00e3o um ambiente onde solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o co-criadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o saberia o que os outros est\u00e3o pensando se n\u00e3o contribu\u00edssem para a reuni\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9 potencialmente perigoso fazer in\u00fameras declara\u00e7\u00f5es durante as reuni\u00f5es, pois s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de retirar. Quando transformarmos esse h\u00e1bito, preparando perguntas excelentes para discuss\u00e3o, melhoraremos os resultados de nossas reuni\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas vezes n\u00e3o vemos <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alert-software.com\/blog\/improve-internal-communications\">comunica\u00e7\u00e3o como m\u00e9trica de desempenho<\/a>.<\/strong> Se, no entanto, monitorarmos de perto os resultados de cada engajamento, sejam reuni\u00f5es, check-ins de OKR ou sess\u00f5es de coaching, nossos olhos se abrir\u00e3o para como nossa forma e frequ\u00eancia de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o impactam o desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basta considerar quanto tempo estamos perdendo ao estarmos \u201cfocados no problema\u201d (comunicando excessivamente as quest\u00f5es e o impacto negativo disso) em vez de estarmos focados na solu\u00e7\u00e3o (declarar brevemente os problemas e depois focar em solu\u00e7\u00f5es positivas potenciais) e como isso afeta nosso moral quando n\u00f3s sobrecarregar-nos com uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o negativa na nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leia o seguinte artigo da Harvard Business Review sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/11\/how-great-leaders-communicate\"><strong>como grandes l\u00edderes se comunicam.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fatores de sucesso do OKR<br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem alguns fatores de sucesso para OKRs, como, mas n\u00e3o limitados a:<br><br>\u2705 Um foco no resultado<br>\u2705 Um forte foco nas prioridades<br>\u2705 Transpar\u00eancia<br>\u2705 Alinhamento<br>\u2705 Execu\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia<br><br>Como h\u00e1 uma quantidade significativa de elementos do sucesso do OKR a serem considerados, podemos esquecer de colocar \u00eanfase em como nos comunicamos durante a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o dos OKRs. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 na verdade \u201ca cola que mant\u00e9m unidos todos os elementos acima\u201d.<br><br>Como l\u00edderes e coaches, far\u00edamos bem em considerar como a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o impacta o nosso desempenho OKR. Dentro do \u2018esp\u00edrito\u2019 do Agile e dos OKRs, devemos:<br><br>\u2795 Alinhe nossas reuni\u00f5es (Townhalls, reuni\u00f5es, check-ins, sess\u00f5es de coaching) aos resultados<br>\u2795 Seja mais inclusivo em nossas reuni\u00f5es \u2013 D\u00ea voz a todos. Uma atitude de descobrir em conjunto qual \u00e9 o melhor caminho a seguir, atrav\u00e9s de perguntas colaborativas, em vez de conversas excessivas entre um ou dois indiv\u00edduos, \u00e9 mais prop\u00edcia tanto \u00e0 din\u00e2mica positiva da equipa como ao alto desempenho.<br>\u2795 Limitar o tempo gasto em reuni\u00f5es, concentrando-se no que realmente importa e tendo poucos, mas importantes, pontos de agenda.<br>\u2795 Estarmos focados em solu\u00e7\u00f5es em nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 precisamos dar o exemplo como l\u00edderes e treinadores.<br>\u2795 Seja transparente. Como nossas equipes e membros de equipe podem alinhar seus OKRs \u00e0 vis\u00e3o e estrat\u00e9gias da empresa se isso n\u00e3o estiver claro?<br><br>Ao nos concentrarmos na forma como nos comunicamos e na efic\u00e1cia da nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos criar um forte \u201cretorno do investimento\u201d do tempo gasto em sess\u00f5es de coaching, check-ins e reuni\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A forma como nos comunicamos (verbal e n\u00e3o verbalmente) \u00e9 a parte mais vis\u00edvel e impactante da nossa cultura.
