class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/04\/keeping-sight-of-your-companys-long-term-vision\"><strong>Declara\u00e7\u00f5es de vis\u00e3o, miss\u00e3o, prop\u00f3sito e valores da empresa<\/strong><\/a> s\u00e3o frequentemente exibidos nas paredes de suas sedes e filiais ou pontos de venda individuais e em seus respectivos sites. Essas declara\u00e7\u00f5es permanecem como declara\u00e7\u00f5es, a menos que sejam genuinamente praticadas e sejam dados saltos claros e consistentes em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da vis\u00e3o da empresa. A \u201cclaridade de vis\u00e3o\u201d pode aumentar drasticamente o desempenho relacionado ao OKR em contextos espec\u00edficos, que ser\u00e3o explorados mais detalhadamente neste artigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQueremos ser l\u00edderes de mercado na Alemanha,\u201d \u2013 exclama o CEO da empresa. O que isso significa em termos pr\u00e1ticos e como definir\u00edamos internamente para esclarecer o significado a todos os membros da equipe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queremos ser a melhor, maior e\/ou a mais lucrativa empresa em nosso segmento de mercado? E uma vez que tenhamos escolhido por qual m\u00e9trica ser\u00e1 provado que somos de fato a maior, melhor ou mais lucrativa empresa? Tamb\u00e9m depende da nossa defini\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, como empresa, do que o sucesso realmente significa para n\u00f3s, por exemplo, que impacto duradouro e positivo queremos ter em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sociedade (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>nosso prop\u00f3sito<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O meio ambiente (elemento ambiental de nossa vis\u00e3o e OKRs relacionados a ESG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nosso pessoal (OKRs internos de RH)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alinhamento de OKRs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma vez que a referida Vis\u00e3o seja cocriada e\/ou esclarecida, se j\u00e1 criada, esse alto n\u00edvel de clareza nos oferece uma oportunidade \u00fanica de alinhar nossos OKRs de forma mais direta, verticalmente. O alinhamento vertical refere-se ao alinhamento dos OKRs da equipe aos OKRs estrat\u00e9gicos e, finalmente, ao alinhamento dos nossos OKRs estrat\u00e9gicos \u00e0 vis\u00e3o da empresa. Se houver alinhamento vertical de qualidade dentro de seus OKRs Organizacionais, isso significa que a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos OKRs representa saltos claros para a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Vis\u00e3o da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se, no entanto, apenas uma minoria significativa de pessoas dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o conhecesse a vis\u00e3o e como ela \u00e9 interna e claramente definida, seria muito dif\u00edcil alcan\u00e7\u00e1-la. Existem quatro elementos em uma vis\u00e3o que podem torn\u00e1-la muito mais direta (mas n\u00e3o t\u00e3o simples quanto uma vis\u00e3o \u00e9 um objetivo de longo alcance) a ser alcan\u00e7ada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Quando uma Vis\u00e3o \u00e9 clara e definida, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil de entender e executar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando uma Vis\u00e3o \u00e9 convincente, obter ades\u00e3o \u00e9 muito mais simples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando uma Vis\u00e3o \u00e9 inspiradora para a maioria na empresa e na sociedade, \u00e9 uma tarefa menos complexa concretizar a vis\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando OKRs poderosos e focados em resultados est\u00e3o alinhados verticalmente com a vis\u00e3o da empresa, torna-se muito mais prov\u00e1vel que a vis\u00e3o se torne realidade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um boxeador profissional de alto escal\u00e3o tem a vis\u00e3o de se tornar um campe\u00e3o mundial, \u00e9 simples visualizar-se com o cintur\u00e3o do t\u00edtulo na cintura. Ao vencer a luta pelo t\u00edtulo e realmente colocar o cobi\u00e7ado cintur\u00e3o ao seu redor, ele sabe que realizou sua vis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O caso de neg\u00f3cios relacionado \u00e0 Vis\u00e3o \u00e9 mais complexo do que nosso exemplo do mundo dos esportes e pode n\u00e3o ser t\u00e3o claro desde o in\u00edcio; portanto, \u00e9 um tempo bem gasto na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mais clareza. Queremos ser maiores que a Apple em valor de mercado? Se for esse o caso, teremos que melhorar a capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado de $2,54 trilh\u00f5es que a Apple alcan\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser a maior empresa n\u00e3o significa necessariamente que voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 o mais lucrativo, nem necessariamente o melhor (prestando o melhor servi\u00e7o). N\u00e3o aborda o impacto que voc\u00ea deseja ter (criar empregos de alta qualidade, mudar vidas para melhor, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos ser extremamente bem financiados como transportadora a\u00e9rea e, como resultado, ter a maior frota, mas, novamente, isso n\u00e3o significa que somos os mais lucrativos nem os melhores da categoria quando se trata de servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma vez que o estado final desejado que temos em mente \u00e9 claramente definido e sabemos exatamente o que queremos alcan\u00e7ar, fica mais claro no que focar quando fazemos o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico. \u00c9 mais simples do que criar OKRs e KPIs a partir de nossas estrat\u00e9gias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma de nossas estrat\u00e9gias para nos diferenciar da concorr\u00eancia como companhia a\u00e9rea poderia ser tornar o treinamento de servi\u00e7o em nossa academia ainda mais focado em resultados (para o passageiro) e orientado a prop\u00f3sito (n\u00e3o somos apenas pessoas que voam; estamos genuinamente conectando-as ao que \u00e9 priorit\u00e1rio para eles).
