class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa nasceu no mundo do empreendedorismo e na mentalidade de questionar o status quo. Seus pais foram donos de v\u00e1rios neg\u00f3cios ao longo de d\u00e9cadas e ela continuou com a tend\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando nossa conversa se voltou para Mulheres na Tecnologia, Yuki se referiu <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/ikigai\/\">&#039;Ikigai&#039; <\/a>a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o japonesa do conceito de ter um prop\u00f3sito, ou mais significado e impacto em sua vida. &#039;Ikigai&#039;, traduzido livremente como raz\u00e3o de ser, \u00e9 uma abordagem equilibrada para encontrar mais impacto e significado e concentra-se em prop\u00f3sitos pessoais, familiares e comerciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas a diretora nacional da Women in Tech na Mal\u00e1sia, mas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 fortemente envolvida na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do cen\u00e1rio empresarial para as mulheres na regi\u00e3o da APAC. Al\u00e9m disso, ela est\u00e1 altamente motivada para causar impacto no Jap\u00e3o, onde o governo tem um foco atual no desenvolvimento de uma cena vibrante de start-up com um ecossistema s\u00f3lido de apoio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas vezes, somos ensinados por treinadores, l\u00edderes e treinadores que n\u00e3o devemos &#039;diluir nosso foco&#039; e nos envolver em muitos empreendimentos \u2013 No entanto, sempre h\u00e1 exce\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s regras. Um verdadeiro senso de Ikigai pode ser o catalisador para fornecer energia e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o suficientes para perseguir com sucesso v\u00e1rios empreendimentos - Yuki tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 co-fundadora da Rinne Technologies e, portanto, &#039;faz o que diz&#039;, n\u00e3o apenas sendo uma defensora de mulheres empres\u00e1rias e profissionais em tech, mas tamb\u00e9m ser um empreendedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com mais de duzentos e trinta mil participantes do evento e a enf\u00e1tica declara\u00e7\u00e3o em seu site de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>Numa miss\u00e3o para capacitar 5 milh\u00f5es de mulheres e meninas at\u00e9 2030&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Women in Tech n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas prestando aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao empoderamento das mulheres, mas agindo sobre isso, apoiando v\u00e1rias iniciativas DEI (Equidade e Inclus\u00e3o na Diversidade) e ESG (Ambiental, Social e Governan\u00e7a) e defendendo ativamente em nome das mulheres em todo o mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O OKR Institute fez parceria com o cap\u00edtulo Women in Tech Malaysian em um esfor\u00e7o para apoiar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Empoderamento empreendedor feminino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iniciativas DEI e ESG<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui est\u00e3o exemplos de OKR DEI e ESG:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objetivo<\/strong>: Melhorar drasticamente a diversidade em nossa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado chave 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>Revis\u00e3o 100% de nossas descri\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho com linguagem inclusiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado chave 2:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumente a porcentagem de funcion\u00e1rios diversos de X% para Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado chave 3:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumentar a porcentagem de mulheres em cargos de lideran\u00e7a de X% para Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado chave 4:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumentar a porcentagem de minorias sub-representadas em cargos t\u00e9cnicos de X% para Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado chave 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Aumentar a porcentagem de est\u00e1gios minorit\u00e1rios de X%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impactando positivamente nosso meio ambiente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082 da nossa cadeia de abastecimento diminu\u00edram 10 por cento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X por cento de nossos fornecedores concordaram e assinaram um acordo de pl\u00e1stico zero por cento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O impacto m\u00e9dio estimado de CO\u2082 de nossos funcion\u00e1rios devido ao deslocamento di\u00e1rio diminuiu em X por cento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualquer pessoa com experi\u00eancia significativa em OKRs sabe que &#039;OKRs n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7am a si mesmos \u2013 lideran\u00e7a forte, uma cultura de alto desempenho e capacidade de recursos afetam o desempenho de OKR. Yuki e eu discutimos mais sobre lideran\u00e7a e abordamos uma defini\u00e7\u00e3o mais restrita de lideran\u00e7a que torna o conceito mais pr\u00e1tico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLideran\u00e7a \u00e9 a capacidade de inspirar as pessoas a alcan\u00e7ar coletivamente um estado futuro desejado\u201d. Muitas vezes as estrat\u00e9gias e metas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o concretizadas (90% das vezes de acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/354944\/leaders-bring-strategy-back-focus.aspx\">Harvard e Gallup)<\/a> principalmente porque falta clareza sobre o significado das estrat\u00e9gias e como execut\u00e1-las.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto as estrat\u00e9gias quanto os objetivos podem ser esclarecidos por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ser mais inclusivo na cria\u00e7\u00e3o deles (dar voz ao cliente e aos membros da equipe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplificando deliberadamente, tornando tanto a compreens\u00e3o quanto a execu\u00e7\u00e3o mais simples<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alinhamento transparente de estrat\u00e9gias e metas \u00e0 vis\u00e3o da empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Women in Tech tem uma vis\u00e3o clara e as etapas para chegar l\u00e1 est\u00e3o ficando cada vez mais claras \u00e0 medida que seu n\u00famero de membros aumenta, \u00e0 medida que lan\u00e7am mais cap\u00edtulos e defendem o empoderamento de mulheres empres\u00e1rias e profissionais de tecnologia. O WIT tem palestras de alto n\u00edvel em todo o mundo e est\u00e1 engajando ativamente governos e ag\u00eancias governamentais para causar impacto. No entanto, n\u00e3o termina a\u00ed, a WIT busca ativamente parcerias privadas para enfrentar os desafios que as mulheres empres\u00e1rias e profissionais de tecnologia enfrentam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa tem uma abordagem pragm\u00e1tica para o empoderamento das mulheres e mencionou que n\u00e3o se trata apenas de defesa, parceria e associa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas
