href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKAMZaVFxlhTkQlj7jPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1700578523\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fen.wikipedia.org%2fwiki%2fGoal_setting\/RK=2\/RS=pjYm2f91ZQ49BgWOEGH0aFjYtus-\">Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O estabelecimento de metas existe h\u00e1 s\u00e9culos, profundamente enraizado na estrutura da civiliza\u00e7\u00e3o humana. Desde as civiliza\u00e7\u00f5es antigas at\u00e9 os tempos modernos, os humanos sempre foram motivados a alcan\u00e7ar algo significativo. Os primeiros fil\u00f3sofos como Arist\u00f3teles e Plat\u00e3o ponderaram a ideia de comportamento orientado para objectivos, reconhecendo a import\u00e2ncia de lutar por objectivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, foi na d\u00e9cada de 1960 que as teorias de estabelecimento de metas ganharam for\u00e7a significativa. Pioneiros como Edwin Locke e Gary Latham pesquisaram extensivamente o impacto do estabelecimento de metas espec\u00edficas e desafiadoras no desempenho e na motiva\u00e7\u00e3o individual. No in\u00edcio dos anos 80, vimos o surgimento dos KPIs e um Balanced Scorecard foi introduzido no in\u00edcio dos anos 90.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/blog\/productivity\/how-to-write-smart-goals\">Metas SMART<\/a>: Uma mudan\u00e7a de paradigma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algumas d\u00e9cadas depois, um novo m\u00e9todo de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas chamou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais em todo o mundo. Eles ajudaram os indiv\u00edduos a definir seus objetivos, medir o progresso e permanecer motivados. Este m\u00e9todo tornou-se o padr\u00e3o ouro para o estabelecimento de metas em v\u00e1rios setores, com as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es adotando-o como uma pedra angular para a gest\u00e3o de desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, apesar da sua ado\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada e dos numerosos benef\u00edcios, os objetivos SMART tinham as suas limita\u00e7\u00f5es. N\u00e3o conseguiram fornecer uma abordagem abrangente para a consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos objectivos, necessitando muitas vezes de mais flexibilidade e adaptabilidade \u00e0s novas circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Metas SMART n\u00e3o s\u00e3o necessariamente focadas em resultados e, em vez disso, s\u00e3o, de modo geral, focadas em resultados.
