Objetivos e Key results s\u00f3 podem ser alcan\u00e7ados quando nossas equipes est\u00e3o consistentemente ocupadas com as &#039;coisas certas&#039; que produzem resultados. No contexto do desempenho de OKR, os termos &#039;ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o&#039; e &#039;produtividade&#039; requerem um alto grau de esclarecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neg\u00f3cio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pode ser justo dizer que muitas pessoas mal podem esperar para nos dizer o quanto est\u00e3o ocupadas. &#039;Estou extremamente ocupado&#039; tornou-se uma &#039;frase da moda&#039; para responder \u00e0 pergunta clich\u00ea &#039;Como vai voc\u00ea?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MAS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estamos realmente ocupados?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos ocupados com prioridades ou apenas tarefas aleat\u00f3rias para validar que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 ocupado?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos focados ou ocupados com atividades em um amplo espectro e n\u00e3o podemos nos concentrar na qualidade?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos produzindo os resultados desejados estando ocupados?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos criando o h\u00e1bito de ocupar-nos ou refletindo regularmente sobre o que est\u00e1 funcionando e o que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 funcionando - estamos nos ajustando?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos ocupados trabalhando juntos em uma vis\u00e3o compartilhada ou somos ativos por sermos ativos?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Um artigo recente da Harvard Business Review <\/a>&#039;desvenda&#039; o conceito de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, como ela se tornou um s\u00edmbolo de status e como afeta o desempenho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ter\u00edamos que estar ocupados com prioridades e atividades sobre as quais temos controle ou atividades que podemos influenciar para atingir nossos objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Produtividade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">Produtividade<\/a> pode ser destilada nos conceitos de \u201cefici\u00eancia\u201d e \u201cefic\u00e1cia\u201d para fins de esclarecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efici\u00eancia \u00e9 &#039;fazer a coisa certa&#039; \u2013 \u00c9 a coisa certa a fazer campanhas de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquanto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efic\u00e1cia \u00e9 &#039;fazer a coisa certa, da maneira certa, para que produza resultados&#039; \u2013 Executar as mesmas campanhas de marketing com base em campanhas anteriores bem-sucedidas e em uma pesquisa de mercado completa pode trazer os resultados desejados. Produzir os resultados certos \u00e9, na maioria das vezes, um processo iterativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Produzir os resultados certos \u00e9 baseado em prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o e alinhamento \u2013 Alinhamento \u00e0 vis\u00e3o compartilhada e prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Objetivos, m\u00e9tricas e atividades mais impactantes na Vis\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Netflix fez a escolha estrat\u00e9gica clara de criar seu pr\u00f3prio conte\u00fado original de alta qualidade em vez de transmitir o conte\u00fado de outros est\u00fadios e alinhou suas prioridades, objetivos e metas a essa escolha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conquista de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implantar OKRs e alcan\u00e7ar OKRs s\u00e3o conceitos diferentes, mas \u00e9 claro que a maneira como voc\u00ea implanta OKRs tem um grande impacto em alcan\u00e7\u00e1-los. Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o como \u00e9 descrita neste artigo, \u00e9 improv\u00e1vel que &#039;mova a agulha na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e1rias pessoas e empresas est\u00e3o elaborando listas de tarefas em vez de OKRs, mas ainda chamam as mesmas listas de tarefas de OKRs. Eles n\u00e3o t\u00eam culpa, mas o condicionamento sim. De um modo geral, somos condicionados desde cedo a esbo\u00e7ar listas de tarefas e a marc\u00e1-las \u00e0 medida que as conclu\u00edmos \u2013 isso fornece uma &#039;dopamina&#039;, uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o e prova de que estamos, de fato, ocupados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se f\u00f4ssemos priorizar essas mesmas tarefas em ordem de grau de impacto nas m\u00e9tricas-chave (resultados-chave) e como elas afetam nossos objetivos compartilhados, aumentamos positivamente nossas chances de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alinhamento, check-ins, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs poderosos e &#039;execu\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs&#039; s\u00e3o todos fatores de sucesso das estruturas de objetivos e resultados-chave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#039;Fazendo OKRs&#039;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que garante (na medida do poss\u00edvel) o sucesso da OKR? Podemos elaborar OKRs perfeitos, mas no final \u00e9 sobre o que fazemos coletivamente como uma equipe que \u00e9 da maior import\u00e2ncia para alcan\u00e7ar OKRs. Precisamos fazer o que \u00e9 dif\u00edcil \u2013 ou seja, evitar muito conforto fazendo perpetuamente o que temos o h\u00e1bito de fazer e, em vez disso, fazer o que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para alcan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nossas listas de tarefas para apoiar a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos principais resultados, portanto, n\u00e3o devem representar nossas atividades favoritas, mas sim os projetos, tarefas e iniciativas mais eficazes (ou provavelmente as mais eficazes), gostemos ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o imediata \u00e9 um fator adicional importante na conquista e sucesso sustent\u00e1vel de OKR. Mesmo que comecemos pequenos e construamos a partir da\u00ed, precisamos tomar medidas imediatas depois de elaborarmos os OKRs.
