class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para que os OKRs funcionem de forma sustent\u00e1vel, excelente trabalho em equipe e din\u00e2mica s\u00e3o requisitos essenciais. Uma excelente din\u00e2mica de equipe possui v\u00e1rios elementos, como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Um sentimento de perten\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um prop\u00f3sito compartilhado e um sistema de valores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transpar\u00eancia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confiar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de habilidades eficazes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excelente comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E mais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>POR QUE O \u00c1GIL D\u00c1 ERRADO<\/strong>&#039; \u2013 Um artigo da Harvard Business Review escrito por Lindsay McGregor e Neel Doshi fornece insights criteriosos sobre como as pr\u00e1ticas \u00e1geis d\u00e3o errado, mas tamb\u00e9m como estrat\u00e9gias espec\u00edficas e potentes podem refor\u00e7ar o trabalho em equipe e o desempenho:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Em vez de um processo em que uma pessoa escreve requisitos (mesmo os pequenos) enquanto outra os executa, tudo sem uma Estrela do Norte estrat\u00e9gica, uma equipe que busca a verdadeira agilidade deve ter um processo sem transfer\u00eancia versus um processo em que uma pessoa escreve requisitos enquanto a outra outro os executa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em um processo sem transfer\u00eancia, o gerente de produto e os engenheiros (e quaisquer outras partes interessadas) s\u00e3o parceiros colaborativos do come\u00e7o ao fim no projeto de um recurso.&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir da experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica com OKRs, propomos a mesma abordagem ao projetar estruturas de objetivos e resultados-chave \u2013 sem transfer\u00eancias, mas sim uma abordagem colaborativa para co-criar todas as partes da estrutura, desde os objetivos at\u00e9 os principais resultados e o plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o de suporte, garantindo um alto n\u00edvel de transpar\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/10\/why-agile-goes-awry-and-how-to-fix-it\">Leia o artigo completo aqui.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No-handoffs s\u00e3o uma das muitas t\u00e9cnicas para promover o trabalho em equipe e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Agile e OKR coaches devem ter um arsenal dessas t\u00e9cnicas para garantir a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel de OKRs, Scrum e gerenciamento de projetos Agile para evitar que uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de controle de comando interrompa o desenvolvimento \u00e1gil em suas trilhas. Isso incluiria quebrar as camadas de burocracia entre os departamentos tradicionais (que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 passando por uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o Agile), mas ainda precisa apoiar as equipes Agile \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como a equipe ou departamento de RH pode apoiar a sustentabilidade dos OKRs e das metodologias Agile?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um membro ou membros do departamento financeiro (esperan\u00e7osamente um volunt\u00e1rio) pode ser designado para uma equipe OKR com o entendimento de que ele ou ela deve acelerar os processos normais e refin\u00e1-los para melhor apoiar a equipe.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o necessariamente todos os departamentos ir\u00e3o transformar totalmente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/leading-agile-transformation-the-new-capabilities-leaders-need-to-build-21st-century-organizations\">de uma abordagem tradicional para uma abordagem \u00e1gil<\/a>; tudo isso depende do contexto, como, por exemplo, o tamanho da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e se a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o opera dentro de um ambiente altamente regulamentado ou n\u00e3o.<br><br>Em apoio \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida de OKRs e outras metodologias \u00e1geis, pode ser altamente ben\u00e9fico para o departamento de RH transformar-se de &#039;RH funcional&#039; (processamento de folha de pagamento e f\u00e9rias, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de treinamento etc.) e Onboarding, cocriando OKRs internos, alinhando comportamentos \u00e0 cultura e Vis\u00e3o da empresa por meio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o imersiva de compet\u00eancias).<br><br>Quando uma grande propor\u00e7\u00e3o ou mesmo todo o departamento de RH conhece e pratica OKRs, eles podem fornecer suporte pr\u00e1tico \u00e0s equipes OKR e Agile e entender melhor como contratar as pessoas certas que prosperariam em um ambiente mais Agile.<br><br>No instituto OKR, por exemplo, criamos pr\u00e1ticas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o em constante evolu\u00e7\u00e3o que envolvem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de descri\u00e7\u00f5es de cargos com novos contratados por meio de um exerc\u00edcio colaborativo exclusivo.<br><br>Se o departamento de RH estiver isolado da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs e metodologias Agile, eles achar\u00e3o extremamente dif\u00edcil, se poss\u00edvel, contratar, treinar e treinar de forma eficaz para apoiar o desenvolvimento e o desempenho Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018&#039;\u2018<strong>Talento vence jogos, mas trabalho em equipe e intelig\u00eancia vencem campeonato<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Michael Jordan<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 preciso muito mais do que talento e habilidades individuais para concretizar a Vis\u00e3o de uma empresa. Observamos muitos exemplos no mundo dos neg\u00f3cios e dos esportes de indiv\u00edduos altamente talentosos que falham devido \u00e0 sua incapacidade de colocar as necessidades da equipe acima das suas pr\u00f3prias.<br><br>Como OKRs s\u00e3o metas estendidas, o que inerentemente significa que \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de alcan\u00e7ar, os indiv\u00edduos n\u00e3o podem fazer isso sozinhos. Lideran\u00e7a forte formando uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o potente com din\u00e2mica de equipe criativa e colaborativa s\u00e3o elementos cr\u00edticos da sustentabilidade dos OKRs.<br><br>No entanto, ainda mais importante do que todos os itens acima \u00e9 executar OKRs pelo motivo certo. Algo mais importante do que o desempenho individual ou da equipe deve ser o principal impulsionador da &#039;Excel\u00eancia OKR&#039;.<br><br>OKRs movidos a prop\u00f3sito, impacto e orientados a resultados s\u00e3o mais sustent\u00e1veis. Simplesmente porque eles s\u00e3o mais centrados no cliente\/cliente\/usu\u00e1rio e mudam o foco para nossos stakeholders mais importantes.<br><br><strong>OKRs inteligentes s\u00e3o:<\/strong><br><br>\u2705 Alinhado<br>\u2705 Focado (menos \u00e9 mais)<br>\u2705 Priorizado (&#039;Avalie o que importa)<br>\u2705 Orientado para resultados<br>\u2705 Alimentado por um prop\u00f3sito (Alinhado a um prop\u00f3sito operacionalizado<br>\u2705 orientado para o trabalho em equipe (criatividade, colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e propriedade s\u00e3o fomentados)<br>\u2705 mensur\u00e1vel (cont\u00e9m principalmente indicadores avan\u00e7ados e din\u00e2micos)<br>\u2705 Din\u00e2mico \u2013 Atividades em torno de OKRs, como Check-ins, s\u00e3o pr\u00f3-ativas<br>\u2705 Orientado para valores (garante o alinhamento com a cultura da empresa)<br>\u2705transparente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lista acima n\u00e3o representa meras caixas para assinalar.
