defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas se complementam.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa escolher entre metodologias \u00e1geis e estruturas de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas, como OKRs e KPIs, pois todas se complementam. \u00c9 uma quest\u00e3o de perspectiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao visualizar todas as metodologias \u00e1geis e estruturas de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas como parte de um ecossistema de desempenho mais amplo, essa vis\u00e3o mais ampla permitir\u00e1 que voc\u00ea utilize e integre todas as metodologias mencionadas acima de forma sustent\u00e1vel e com grande vantagem para a empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c1gil pode ser definido como:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039; \u00c9 uma mentalidade e um m\u00e9todo para melhorar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o profunda com o cliente e testes e aprendizado adaptativos<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>A Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKRs e KPIs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e1 uma infinidade de debates centrados em torno de quais metodologias em termos de novas formas de trabalho e defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas s\u00e3o melhores do que outras:<br>Alguns preferem KPIs a OKRs, por exemplo. N\u00e3o \u00e9 um debate que vale a pena porque os OKRs complementam os KPIs e vice-versa. Sprints podem fazer parte do seu plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o para alcan\u00e7ar resultados cr\u00edticos, e Epics e User stories podem fazer parte de seus frameworks OKR.<br><br>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s metodologias \u00e1geis e estruturas de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um &#039;ou\/ou cen\u00e1rio&#039;; em vez disso, \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e alinhamento.<br><br>Os KPIs, de um modo geral, medem a sa\u00fade do seu neg\u00f3cio. Um &#039;KPI prejudicial&#039;, como um decl\u00ednio nas vendas, pode ser aprimorado por meio de uma estrutura OKR, e um OKR atualizado pode se tornar um KPI.<br><br>Um prop\u00f3sito operacionalizado sustenta o desempenho do OKR, e as estruturas do OKR devem ser executadas com o sistema de valores da empresa como padr\u00f5es comportamentais para garantir o alinhamento com a cultura da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como exemplo claro, a Nokia tinha o prop\u00f3sito altamente merit\u00f3rio de CONECTAR PESSOAS. Este Prop\u00f3sito, infelizmente, deslizou para baixo em seus rankings de prioridades, pois estavam em um modo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o robusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao mesmo tempo, a Apple levou a s\u00e9rio o prop\u00f3sito de CONECTAR PESSOAS e o operacionalizou como prioridade; ao tornar seus dispositivos simples e por meio de designs elegantes e atraentes, eles genuinamente conectaram as pessoas, e o resto \u00e9 hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando as equipes est\u00e3o realmente conectadas a um prop\u00f3sito operacionalizado, isso por si s\u00f3 pode ser um importante impulsionador do desempenho - quando uma comiss\u00e1ria de bordo se v\u00ea n\u00e3o apenas como uma pessoa que atende outras pessoas em um voo, mas como algu\u00e9m que conecta outras pessoas ao que importa (suas fam\u00edlias , empregos, carreiras) ela provavelmente prestar\u00e1 mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao que ela diz e faz para servir melhor aos outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs, KPIs, Scrum e gerenciamento de projetos Agile s\u00e3o ideais quando alinhados a uma cultura de crescimento exemplificada pelos valores da empresa. As decis\u00f5es tomadas durante a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer uma dessas metodologias, ou uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o delas, devem ser filtradas pelo sistema de valores da empresa ou das equipes para garantir validade e alinhamento. EG, &#039;Podemos executar este projeto de acordo com nossa defini\u00e7\u00e3o interna de INTEGRIDADE e com um alto grau de EXCEL\u00caNCIA (nossos valores fundamentais)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrum.org\/\"><strong>Clique aqui <\/strong><\/a>entender mais sobre outras metodologias \u00e1geis como Scrum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fun\u00e7\u00f5es tradicionais e equipes \u00e1geis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As fun\u00e7\u00f5es tradicionais da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m podem complementar todas as metodologias \u00e1geis e estruturas de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas quando as camadas de burocracia s\u00e3o removidas. Todos os departamentos n\u00e3o precisam se transformar em &#039;Agile&#039; durante uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional para uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Agile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por exemplo, os departamentos de TI, desenvolvimento de software e RH podem se transformar em equipes e m\u00e9todos de trabalho \u00e1geis. Por outro lado, o departamento financeiro pode funcionar conforme o esperado. Ainda assim, uma estreita comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre as equipes acima mencionadas e o departamento financeiro devem quebrar as camadas usuais de burocracia para garantir uma alta velocidade de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos financeiros necess\u00e1rios aos projetos Agile. <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/working-in-modern-organizations\"><strong>Aqui est\u00e3o algumas novas maneiras de trabalhar<\/strong><\/a> cada vez mais presente nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O exposto acima deve ser sustentado por uma mentalidade \u00c1gil e novas formas de trabalhar no n\u00edvel estrat\u00e9gico da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A ades\u00e3o total das partes interessadas \u00e0s metodologias Agile s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel quando as camadas superiores de gerenciamento se comprometem e participam de experi\u00eancias de aprendizado imersivas do Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>esclarecendo a mudan\u00e7a Vis\u00e3o,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>criar uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>priorizando estrat\u00e9gias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>e desburocratizando<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>operacionalizando a declara\u00e7\u00e3o de prop\u00f3sito da empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A alta administra\u00e7\u00e3o agora est\u00e1 apoiando novas formas de trabalho. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O equil\u00edbrio Lideran\u00e7a\/gerenciamento \u00e9 um fator cr\u00edtico de sucesso na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel de metodologias \u00e1geis. Embora os controles financeiros, como or\u00e7amentos, controles de RH, como f\u00e9rias e folhas de pagamento, e controles operacionais, como procedimentos operacionais padr\u00e3o, devam estar em vigor para evitar o caos, as camadas de burocracia devem ser removidas para dar suporte aos m\u00e9todos de trabalho \u00e1geis. Ao mesmo tempo, uma forte lideran\u00e7a deve existir para tornar vi\u00e1vel e sustent\u00e1vel a pr\u00e1tica de todas as metodologias acima:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As equipes
