No entanto, na maioria das vezes, e de um modo geral, essas mesmas perguntas s\u00e3o feitas para fins de esclarecimento \u2013 Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem clareza sobre a estrat\u00e9gia, como pode execut\u00e1-la?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039;O sucesso hoje requer agilidade e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para repensar, revigorar, reagir e reinventar constantemente.&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Gates<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma considera\u00e7\u00e3o vital pode ser repensar e reformular como criamos estrat\u00e9gias, verbalizamos e as apresentamos \u00e0queles que devem execut\u00e1-las. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ao cocriar estrat\u00e9gias na medida do poss\u00edvel (O efeito IKEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ao permitir que as estrat\u00e9gias sejam questionadas e reformuladas por outros que devem execut\u00e1-las:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos mudando a abordagem e a mentalidade tradicionais para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>As estrat\u00e9gias s\u00e3o mais precisas quando s\u00e3o apresentadas como um conjunto de escolhas<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estrat\u00e9gias e metas s\u00e3o diferentes, mas acontece que os executivos \u00e0s vezes fornecem uma lista de metas quando solicitados sobre suas estrat\u00e9gias.<br><br>As estrat\u00e9gias s\u00e3o mais precisas quando representam uma escolha ou escolhas claras. Como um exemplo:<br><br>A Netflix decidiu entre transmitir o conte\u00fado de outros est\u00fadios e criar o seu pr\u00f3prio, e o resto \u00e9 hist\u00f3ria. Quando um fabricante de brinquedos come\u00e7a a transform\u00e1-los em modelos de escala perfeita, eles visam os amadores adultos em vez das crian\u00e7as.<br><br>O objetivo de ter uma estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 se diferenciar da concorr\u00eancia. A forma mais elevada de uma estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 criar um espa\u00e7o de mercado incontest\u00e1vel.<br><br>Jogar &#039;catchup&#039; com a concorr\u00eancia \u00e9 puramente jogar &#039;catchup&#039; e n\u00e3o uma estrat\u00e9gia no verdadeiro sentido da palavra. Ao recuperar o atraso, voc\u00ea chegar\u00e1 apenas a um ponto do qual a competi\u00e7\u00e3o provavelmente j\u00e1 ter\u00e1 partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Um artigo de revis\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios de Harvard<\/a> revela por que todos precisamos de uma hist\u00f3ria para a nossa estrat\u00e9gia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qual \u00e9 o primeiro passo em qualquer transforma\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro passo em qualquer transforma\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser a mudan\u00e7a de mentalidade? \u2013 Voc\u00ea deve se transformar em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1gil com uma mentalidade diferente da que criou em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional.<br><br>No m\u00ednimo, voc\u00ea precisa de uma abordagem de mente aberta para mudar para que as iniciativas de mudan\u00e7a sejam sustent\u00e1veis:<br><br>As escolhas deliberadas de Participa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Poder<br>Progresso sobre a Perfei\u00e7\u00e3o<br>Autonomia sobre controle<br>A\u00e7\u00e3o sobre An\u00e1lise<br><br>Representa uma mudan\u00e7a de mentalidade. Precisamos oferecer experi\u00eancias imersivas de Agile para pelo menos as tr\u00eas principais camadas de gerenciamento para apoiar as escolhas acima. As decis\u00f5es acima, por exemplo, Autonomia sobre o controle, n\u00e3o implicam que nenhum controle estar\u00e1 em vigor (Sem quaisquer regras, o caos se instalar\u00e1); \u00e9 simplesmente uma prefer\u00eancia claramente declarada e um ponto focal.<br><br>Tentar convencer tomadores de decis\u00e3o apenas com teoria n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 sustent\u00e1vel. Uma abordagem experimental pode ser um ponto de partida para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o passou por v\u00e1rios anos de baixo desempenho, pode ser prudente buscar primeiro as &quot;pequenas vit\u00f3rias&quot; para recuperar o \u00edmpeto antes de tentar alcan\u00e7ar as &quot;metas estendidas&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O que \u00e9 uma mentalidade \u00e1gil, ent\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma mentalidade \u00e1gil pode ser descrita como uma vis\u00e3o otimista e entusiasmada do estado futuro de nossos neg\u00f3cios com base em nossa cren\u00e7a coletiva em nossa capacidade de ter um alto impacto em como moldamos o futuro de nossos neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escolhas deliberadas, como Progresso sobre Perfei\u00e7\u00e3o, representam ainda mais uma mentalidade \u00c1gil. Uma mentalidade \u00e1gil est\u00e1 alinhada e focada na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor mais rapidamente para o usu\u00e1rio final ou cliente do meu cliente, favorecendo as metodologias \u00e1geis, como estruturas Scrum e OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um elemento central de uma mentalidade \u00e1gil \u00e9 abra\u00e7ar totalmente as iniciativas de mudan\u00e7a ben\u00e9ficas. Uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade de crescimento (estreitamente ligada a um locus de controle interno) \u00e9 prop\u00edcia para atingir metas de expans\u00e3o e implantar outras metodologias \u00e1geis. Por outro lado, uma mentalidade fixa (intimamente ligada a um locus de controle externo) n\u00e3o \u00e9 prop\u00edcia \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, m\u00e9todos \u00e1geis e transforma\u00e7\u00f5es bem-sucedidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um locus interno de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de controle significa que assumimos a responsabilidade por nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es e promovemos a cren\u00e7a de que podemos melhorar e crescer a partir de nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o atual. Para maior clareza, deve-se afirmar que um n\u00edvel extremamente alto de locus de controle interno pode ser contraproducente. Manter o equil\u00edbrio \u00e9 sempre fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um locus de controle externo \u00e9 uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para culpar fatores externos pelo mau desempenho \u2013 um foco excessivo em coisas al\u00e9m de seu controle ou influ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O locus de controle pode ser testado e voc\u00ea pode ser treinado de um locus de controle externo para um locus de controle interno \u2013 embora, em muitos casos, isso seja dif\u00edcil de conseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a ades\u00e3o das partes interessadas e a Clareza de Vis\u00e3o, as estrat\u00e9gias provavelmente dar\u00e3o frutos.
