um eufemismo dizer que h\u00e1 uma <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbesbusinesscouncil\/2022\/07\/08\/the-war-for-talent-in-the-new-normal\/?sh=10a2c5d0689e\">&#039;Guerra de Talentos&#039;<\/a><\/strong> l\u00e1 fora. Nossa mentalidade coletiva e vis\u00e3o dos talentos e dos membros da equipe \u00e9 o ponto de partida para liderar e gerenciar pessoas de maneira eficaz. Independentemente de qualquer ret\u00f3rica relacionada a este assunto, enquanto considerarmos os funcion\u00e1rios como passivos e n\u00e3o como ativos na pr\u00e1tica, contribuiremos para a \u201cgrande demiss\u00e3o\u201d. Os OKRs, em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com uma estrat\u00e9gia eficaz de gest\u00e3o de talentos, podem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumente os n\u00edveis de engajamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhorar a taxa de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajud\u00e1-lo a vencer &#039;The Talent War&#039;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um artigo recente da Harvard Business Review intitulado: &#039; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/magazine\">Repense a proposta de valor do seu funcion\u00e1rio<\/a><\/strong> Ofere\u00e7a ao seu pessoal mais do que apenas flexibilidade, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insead.edu\/\"><strong>INSEAD<\/strong><\/a> O professor associado Mark Mortensen e a professora da Harvard Business School Amy Edmonson afirmam que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; <strong>A GRANDE REN\u00daNCIA <\/strong>e um mercado de trabalho altamente competitivo tornaram a atra\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos um grande desafio para os empregadores. Para alcan\u00e7\u00e1-lo, muitos est\u00e3o seguindo uma estrat\u00e9gia b\u00e1sica: pergunte \u00e0s pessoas o que elas querem e tente dar a elas. Por mais simples que seja essa resposta, ela pode ser uma armadilha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O artigo identifica ainda quatro elementos gerais de uma proposta de valor para o funcion\u00e1rio que podem ser utilizados e equilibrados para vencer a guerra de talentos, a saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofertas materiais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crescimento e desenvolvimento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conex\u00e3o e comunidade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Significado e prop\u00f3sito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Os fatores de sucesso da gest\u00e3o de talentos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vale a pena regredir e reconsiderar o primeiro ponto do artigo, a mentalidade com a qual abordamos o talento \u2013 ofertas materiais, crescimento e desenvolvimento, conex\u00e3o e comunidade, e significado e prop\u00f3sito n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o o impacto combinado e desejado se encararmos todos esses elementos como custos e responsabilidades para a empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No contexto de promover uma mentalidade de crescimento, como l\u00edderes, devemos treinar uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade de crescimento, contratar para uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de mentalidade de crescimento e ver os membros de nossa equipe como ativos \u2013 os ativos mais valiosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Criar ofertas de materiais atraentes, garantir o crescimento e desenvolvimento dos membros da equipe, promover um senso de conex\u00e3o e comunidade e criar um impacto de longo prazo por meio de um senso de significado e prop\u00f3sito, formam uma poderosa proposta de valor para o funcion\u00e1rio. No entanto, deve ser equilibrado \u2013 mudan\u00e7as em um fator podem afetar outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concentrar-se em um desses elementos ou focar demais em um elemento em detrimento de outros pode criar uma cultura t\u00f3xica. Precisamos atravessar cuidadosamente a &#039;trave de equil\u00edbrio&#039; que conecta todos esses elementos para vencer a guerra de talentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Uma proposta de valor eficaz e duradoura para o funcion\u00e1rio requer o tratamento dos quatro fatores como partes interdependentes de um sistema integrado. &#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OKRs como a &#039;cola&#039; que mant\u00e9m as estrat\u00e9gias de talentos unidas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A capacidade de destilar estrat\u00e9gias de talento em uma proposta de valor do funcion\u00e1rio implementada com sucesso \u00e9 um grande desafio. As empresas precisam refinar sua abordagem de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, integra\u00e7\u00e3o, pr\u00e1ticas de desenvolvimento de habilidades e proposta de valor total do funcion\u00e1rio. Somente uma abordagem hol\u00edstica a esse respeito ser\u00e1 sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs podem preencher a lacuna entre estrat\u00e9gia e execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao priorizar tarefas e iniciativas por seu alto impacto potencial em resultados cr\u00edticos e agir imediatamente, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 incorporando a execu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s suas estrat\u00e9gias de talentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dependendo do tamanho de sua empresa e equipes, sua proposta de valor para o funcion\u00e1rio pode se tornar uma estrutura OKR em si, e elementos e subconjuntos de sua proposta de valor podem se tornar resultados e\/ou tarefas-chave, iniciativas em seu n\u00edvel de plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas OKR de diferentes times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os OKRs internos podem ser definidos para aumentar o envolvimento e a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do funcion\u00e1rio no trabalho e o senso de significado, impacto e prop\u00f3sito relacionado ao seu trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, s\u00e3o os mecanismos de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o inerentes \u00e0s estruturas OKR que podem ser de maior valor para a proposta de valor do seu funcion\u00e1rio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O &#039;L\u00edder como modelo de coaching&#039;, em que um l\u00edder desempenha um cultura de crescimento que sustenta altas taxas de engajamento e reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este artigo sugere que os OKRs devem fazer parte treinados para alcan\u00e7ar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pode contar com os membros da equipe para compartilhar suas ideias e oferecer ajuda imediatamente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando os OKRs j\u00e1 fazem parte da experi\u00eancia de integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios e est\u00e3o realmente inseridos em sua cultura, apoiados por uma
