Uma abordagem centrada nas pessoas e focada no cliente em tudo o que fazemos \u00e9 fundamental para o nosso sucesso sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs internos, como criar um clima motivador para os membros de nossa equipe e ser uma empresa preferencial para se trabalhar, enfatizam uma abordagem centrada nas pessoas e uma mudan\u00e7a da teoria para a a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nossas partes interessadas essenciais s\u00e3o nosso pessoal e nossos clientes. Em nome do desempenho sustent\u00e1vel, um foco a laser em nossos stakeholders cruciais deve ser o fio que alinha nosso pensamento e comportamento com a vis\u00e3o da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201cQuanto mais eu ajudo, mais bem-sucedido me torno. Mas eu me\u00e7o o sucesso pelo que ele fez pelas pessoas ao meu redor. Essa abordagem centrada nas pessoas ter\u00e1 um impacto positivo em nossos outros principais interessados, nossos clientes ou usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os l\u00edderes \u00e1geis s\u00e3o vision\u00e1rios e treinam e ap\u00f3iam suas equipes para atualizar sua vis\u00e3o coletiva. Para concretizar uma vis\u00e3o \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil falar do que fazer. O custo de contratar um novo funcion\u00e1rio normalmente supera o custo de mant\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dito isso, vamos esquecer o &#039;custo de escrit\u00f3rio&#039; de um funcion\u00e1rio por um momento e nos concentrar em algo ainda mais crucial: a m\u00e1gica \u00e9 criada e uma cultura de crescimento \u00e9 moldada por uma equipe ou equipes qualificadas, altamente engajadas, motivadas, inspirado, confiante, adepto da mudan\u00e7a e que opera na &#039;velocidade da confian\u00e7a&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precisamos de l\u00edderes \u00e1geis altamente qualificados para galvanizar as equipes em torno de uma vis\u00e3o inspiradora. Interven\u00e7\u00f5es de mudan\u00e7a altamente bem-sucedidas n\u00e3o acontecem por acaso, elas s\u00e3o planejadas. As perguntas essenciais a serem feitas ao elaborar e alinhar OKRs s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual ser\u00e1 o valor indiscut\u00edvel agregado aos nossos clientes\/clientes\/usu\u00e1rios? Podemos tornar esse framework ainda mais focado no cliente? O objetivo geral de ter uma estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 nos diferenciarmos e a estrat\u00e9gia final resulta na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um espa\u00e7o de mercado incontest\u00e1vel, provando que estamos agregando valor aos nossos stakeholders mais importantes que ningu\u00e9m mais pode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objetivo<\/strong>: Ser a empresa mais desej\u00e1vel para se trabalhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma observa\u00e7\u00e3o interessante \u00e9 que \u00e0s vezes empresas com capacidade financeira e de recursos humanos virtualmente ilimitada falham na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs perfeitamente elaborados, devido a v\u00e1rios motivos, mas principalmente porque suas inten\u00e7\u00f5es estavam erradas \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suponha que queremos nos tornar o lugar mais desej\u00e1vel para se trabalhar como parte de nossa estrat\u00e9gia para vencer a todo custo e n\u00e3o nos importamos sinceramente com nosso pessoal.
