Os prazos \u00e1geis s\u00e3o medidos em semanas e meses, n\u00e3o anos.\u201d<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Michael Hugos, arquiteto de sistemas \u00e1geis<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A armadilha de ficar preso a velhos padr\u00f5es de comportamento, simplesmente porque h\u00e1 um certo grau de conforto neles, precisa ser evitada se quisermos primeiro reconhecer claramente novas oportunidades e, em segundo lugar, agir sobre elas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos operando neg\u00f3cios em um ambiente acelerado e desafiador. A teoria sozinha, embora intelectualmente estimulante, n\u00e3o romper\u00e1 a lacuna estrat\u00e9gia-execu\u00e7\u00e3o. O que a maioria de n\u00f3s precisa s\u00e3o princ\u00edpios e ferramentas que possamos aplicar imediatamente que nos ajudem a conduzir nosso pessoal para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o de nossa vis\u00e3o conjunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A capacidade de tomar decis\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas e de qualidade, aceitar mudan\u00e7as \u00fateis e navegar por for\u00e7as vol\u00e1teis do mercado externo e circunst\u00e2ncias econ\u00f4micas s\u00e3o mais importantes do que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Clareza sobre o futuro estado desejado e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00favidas, medos, cren\u00e7as limitantes e incertezas podem, na maioria das circunst\u00e2ncias, prejudicar o desempenho e diminuir drasticamente a velocidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora, em nossa opini\u00e3o, a velocidade seja mais importante do que a perfei\u00e7\u00e3o, a velocidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser bem equilibrada com medidas qualitativas e de melhoria para garantir tamb\u00e9m a sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualquer projeto, estrutura de desempenho, lan\u00e7amento de novo produto ou novo empreendimento precisa ser infundido com o m\u00e1ximo de clareza poss\u00edvel desde o in\u00edcio \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clareza de vis\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza de prop\u00f3sito (o porqu\u00ea por tr\u00e1s de tudo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza de pap\u00e9is e responsabilidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza nas prioridades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza nos mensur\u00e1veis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clareza de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (buscar primeiro entender antes de procurar ser compreendido)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ades\u00e3o dos membros da equipe ser\u00e1 parcial ou lenta ou mesmo inexistente se a d\u00favida for a emo\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada entre os membros da equipe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tomada de decis\u00e3o r\u00e1pida - criando certeza dentro da incerteza<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Reunir informa\u00e7\u00f5es e priorizar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma quantidade significativa de l\u00edderes est\u00e1 sob forte press\u00e3o e carrega muita responsabilidade diariamente e, como resultado, o autocuidado pode ser negligenciado. Ser\u00e1 \u00fatil para n\u00f3s agir de acordo com o fato de que tomaremos as melhores decis\u00f5es poss\u00edveis quando estivermos em um estado calmo, focado e inspirado. O autodesenvolvimento e o autocuidado dos l\u00edderes s\u00e3o t\u00e3o importantes quanto o bem-estar de todos os membros da equipe e impactam nossa capacidade de tomar decis\u00f5es sensatas e impactantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea esperar at\u00e9 ter 100% da informa\u00e7\u00e3o para tomar uma &#039;decis\u00e3o perfeita&#039;, provavelmente vai esperar para sempre. Os l\u00edderes \u00e1geis priorizam as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e as coletam o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel, sabendo que, na maioria das situa\u00e7\u00f5es, provavelmente ter\u00e3o apenas at\u00e9 60% das informa\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis (se tiverem sorte) para tomar uma decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tome a decis\u00e3o e aja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa\u00e7a &#039;perguntas r\u00e1pidas&#039;: isso realmente importa? E que impacto positivo espec\u00edfico podemos causar com isso? Temos capacidade para o fazer e faz\u00ea-lo bem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filtrar atividades\/decis\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s do sistema de valores da empresa para garantir que n\u00e3o seja: Como podemos executar isso com integridade e com excel\u00eancia para o cliente? (nossos valores)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se houver poucas ou nenhuma resposta, voc\u00ea pode come\u00e7ar conduzindo um experimento, mas a chave aqui \u00e9 traduzir os processos de pensamento em a\u00e7\u00e3o o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel, sem negligenciar a qualidade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Priorizar, focar, tomar a\u00e7\u00f5es consistentes e medir o que importa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O papel dos l\u00edderes \u00e1geis \u00e9 identificar e alinhar iniciativas \u00fateis de melhoria e mudan\u00e7a e prioriz\u00e1-las de acordo com o maior rendimento potencial fornecido para a empresa e as partes interessadas (o mais importante sendo clientes\/clientes) sem comprometer o sistema de valores da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implemente mensur\u00e1veis, como estruturas de OKR, para ajudar a preencher a lacuna de estrat\u00e9gia e execu\u00e7\u00e3o.
