Se esses desafios espec\u00edficos e outros se apresentam como dilemas, problemas cr\u00f4nicos ou sintomas de outros problemas, cabe a n\u00f3s, como equipes, encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es eficazes e sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No local de trabalho, as pessoas sabem quem est\u00e1 sendo promovido, quem ganha os sal\u00e1rios mais altos e quem chega ao cargo mais alto. Se for voc\u00ea, voc\u00ea conseguiu. Desta forma, todos n\u00f3s aprendemos e aceitamos a competi\u00e7\u00e3o e as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de ganha-perde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que um indiv\u00edduo pode fazer nesse tipo de ambiente para garantir uma fatia razo\u00e1vel do bolo? Ele precisa competir com mais vigor para vencer. Quando a vit\u00f3ria \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ada por esses m\u00e9todos, ela tem um custo muito alto e pode n\u00e3o ser sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa competi\u00e7\u00e3o e vit\u00f3ria tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o importantes do ponto de vista da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o? De um modo geral, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o est\u00e3o interessadas em competir e vencer per se, embora muitas pr\u00e1ticas, regras e valores organizacionais estimulem a competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 focada no desenvolvimento de seus membros e na gest\u00e3o de seu desempenho para atingir seus objetivos. As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o, portanto, tamb\u00e9m ambientes prop\u00edcios para situa\u00e7\u00f5es de competi\u00e7\u00e3o e ganha-perde. Ganhar, perder, competi\u00e7\u00e3o e recompensas s\u00e3o usados como mecanismos para encorajar um melhor desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em geral, as sociedades das quais fazemos parte tamb\u00e9m definem sucesso como ganhar ou perder. Essa vis\u00e3o negligencia uma das caracter\u00edsticas mais b\u00e1sicas da humanidade \u2013 a exist\u00eancia de diferen\u00e7as individuais em habilidades, habilidades e potencial tanto f\u00edsico quanto psicol\u00f3gico. Mesmo a melhor educa\u00e7\u00e3o, treinamento e comprometimento n\u00e3o podem nivelar esse campo de jogo entre os indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leia este artigo revelador da Harvard Business Review sobre &#039;vencer a todo custo&#039;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/05\/when-winning-is-everything\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/05\/when-winning-is-everything<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precisamos redefinir o sucesso, pois todos testemunhamos o mal que uma cultura vencedora a todo custo pode causar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucesso = at\u00e9 que ponto voc\u00ea desenvolve seu pr\u00f3prio potencial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O sucesso \u00e9 uma coisa, e alcan\u00e7ar o sucesso sustent\u00e1vel \u00e9 mais complexo. Se o sucesso foi alcan\u00e7ado comprometendo os valores pessoais e da empresa, ele n\u00e3o pode ser sustentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As desvantagens do &#039;modelo vencedor a todo custo&#039;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora o &quot;crit\u00e9rio de sucesso de vit\u00f3ria&quot; individual seja t\u00e3o comumente usado, ele tem muitas desvantagens que voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 recordar de suas pr\u00f3prias experi\u00eancias. Uma \u00e9 que pode haver apenas uma quantidade limitada de vencedores em cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o, em muitos casos apenas um vencedor, mas muitos perdedores. Principalmente, mesmo o vencedor da medalha de prata em um evento esportivo \u00e9 visto como &#039;o melhor dos perdedores&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outra desvantagem \u00e9 que muitas pessoas, que experimentam o fracasso, sentem que s\u00e3o um fracasso, simplesmente porque n\u00e3o venceram. O que podemos sugerir como alternativa para vencer como crit\u00e9rio de sucesso?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se preferirmos ver o sucesso como a medida em que cada indiv\u00edduo desenvolve, usa e realiza seu potencial \u2013 o campo de jogo se torna muito mais nivelado. Serve simultaneamente como incentivo ao desenvolvimento pessoal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m transfere a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho com base em crit\u00e9rios externos (o desempenho dos outros) para voc\u00ea e seu desenvolvimento como norma \u2013 que \u00e9 um crit\u00e9rio de sucesso intr\u00ednseco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agora voc\u00ea n\u00e3o compete mais contra outras pessoas, mas contra si mesmo. Implica ainda que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o aborde mais o desempenho como um resultado final (para vencer), mas como um processo (desencadear e usar o potencial).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 um fato bem conhecido que usamos apenas uma fra\u00e7\u00e3o de nosso pr\u00f3prio potencial. Alguns psic\u00f3logos est\u00e3o convencidos de que a maioria de n\u00f3s s\u00f3 realiza menos de 5% de nosso potencial durante nossas vidas. Com foco em todos os elementos do ecossistema de desempenho, como, por exemplo, prop\u00f3sito, inclus\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, as estruturas OKR podem garantir um 2023 de muito sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos n\u00f3s temos potencial. Assegure-se, tanto quanto for humanamente poss\u00edvel, de contratar pessoas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Com uma mentalidade de crescimento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com
