Cuidar uns dos outros como uma equipe, querer ter o melhor um para o outro e tamb\u00e9m tirar o melhor proveito um do outro est\u00e1 no cerne do desempenho da equipe e da OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os l\u00edderes ou a lideran\u00e7a da empresa s\u00e3o os guardi\u00f5es da cultura e definem o tom e o ambiente para o engajamento e o desempenho da equipe. \u00c9 o prop\u00f3sito central dos l\u00edderes criar mais l\u00edderes, garantindo assim desempenho e impacto sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma vez definidos os OKRs, cabe a uma cultura baseada em valores, lideran\u00e7a forte e excel\u00eancia no trabalho em equipe se os mesmos OKRs ser\u00e3o atualizados,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Lideran\u00e7a n\u00e3o \u00e9 domina\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a arte de persuadir as pessoas a trabalhar em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a um objetivo comum&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<cite>Daniel Goleman<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lideran\u00e7a \u00e9 situacional e situa\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes podem exigir abordagens e estilos diferentes. Temos que liderar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs para ser bem-sucedida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que se segue \u00e9 uma interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o dos seis estilos de lideran\u00e7a de Daniel Golemans no que se refere ao desempenho OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. L\u00edder autorit\u00e1rio.&nbsp; <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro do contexto da intelig\u00eancia emocional e social, o l\u00edder autorit\u00e1rio \u00e9 um l\u00edder focado na vis\u00e3o. Ele ou ela conta e lembra constantemente a equipe sobre para onde est\u00e3o indo, mas n\u00e3o diz como chegar l\u00e1. A equipe aprende coletivamente como chegar l\u00e1 na pr\u00e1tica com o apoio uns dos outros e dos l\u00edderes\/ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe aos l\u00edderes autorit\u00e1rios persuadir, influenciar e orientar os membros da equipe para o sucesso. O l\u00edder autorit\u00e1rio cria um ambiente focado na vis\u00e3o em que os membros da equipe podem colaborar de maneira criativa e eficaz para atingir o objetivo final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No contexto dos OKRs, o l\u00edder garantir\u00e1 o alinhamento dos objetivos \u00e0 vis\u00e3o da empresa e o alinhamento dos principais resultados aos objetivos. Ele ou ela deixar\u00e1 para a equipe projetar iniciativas e tarefas para atualizar os principais resultados e objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como esse estilo \u00e9 aspiracional com uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o futura clara em mente, ele se encaixa perfeitamente na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs, pois os OKRs, por design, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o direcionados para o futuro e aspiracionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. O L\u00edder Coaching.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa abordagem fornece suporte, treinamento e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednuos para atingir metas futuras e conecta metas individuais com as metas da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O foco deste coaching n\u00e3o \u00e9 o passado nem a abordagem de corrigir comportamentos passados, mas sim motivacional e fortalecedor para um futuro desejado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Idealmente, o l\u00edder de coaching mant\u00e9m as sess\u00f5es de coaching curtas, focadas e pr\u00e1ticas, mas inspiradoras. Ao preparar perguntas fortalecedoras que ajudam os membros da equipe a encontrar as respostas por si mesmos, o l\u00edder garante um ambiente positivo de desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. O l\u00edder afiliativo. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo \u00e9 sobre conectar pessoas, inclus\u00e3o e criar harmonia dentro de uma equipe. Esse estilo \u00e9 impregnado de empatia, mas precisa ser equilibrado e integrado ao sistema de valores da equipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando as pessoas se sentem seguras dentro de uma equipe, pois se sentem inclu\u00eddas, valorizadas e frequentemente lembradas de seu valor para a equipe, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que d\u00eaem o melhor de si por essa equipe. Se, no entanto, eles se sentirem em d\u00favida e n\u00e3o tiverem certeza do que exatamente precisam alcan\u00e7ar coletivamente, os membros individuais da equipe n\u00e3o sentir\u00e3o que est\u00e3o em posi\u00e7\u00e3o de contribuir com o melhor para a equipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equipes harmoniosas buscam proximidade, frequentemente desejam intera\u00e7\u00f5es e trocas r\u00e1pidas para se ajudarem na a\u00e7\u00e3o e mostrarem seu apoio m\u00fatuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantenha os check-ins OKR curtos e altamente pr\u00e1ticos. O l\u00edder democr\u00e1tico. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo est\u00e1 mais focado em ouvir do que em fornecer dire\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando voc\u00ea realmente ouve, voc\u00ea aprende muito. Esse estilo tamb\u00e9m fortalece o l\u00edder e promove a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O l\u00edder democr\u00e1tico eficaz entra nas conversas com perguntas bem formuladas que o ajudam a aumentar a compreens\u00e3o, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e os resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. O l\u00edder pioneiro.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo \u00e9 muito focado no desempenho e o pr\u00f3prio l\u00edder frequentemente entra em cena para garantir, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel, que os objetivos sejam alcan\u00e7ados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O l\u00edder que define o ritmo mant\u00e9m todos os membros da equipe em padr\u00f5es elevados e tamb\u00e9m os aplica a si mesmo. Esse estilo pode levar ao sucesso, mas deve ser equilibrado com um alto n\u00edvel de apoio, empatia e uma cultura positiva, se n\u00e3o esgotamento e alta equipe volume de neg\u00f3cios pode ser efeitos colaterais negativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo pode ser equilibrado com o estilo de lideran\u00e7a de coaching e quando o l\u00edder entra nele deve ser feito para mostrar um exemplo positivo e para apoiar e ajudar os outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um l\u00edder &#039;arrega\u00e7a as mangas&#039; durante as iniciativas e atividades OKR e participa, pode ser apenas o exemplo que os membros da equipe precisavam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Lideran\u00e7a coercitiva.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo \u00e9 sobre comando e controle e \u00e9 uma abordagem autocr\u00e1tica. Essa abordagem deve ser usada de forma muito seletiva e apenas em crises, em situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que h\u00e1 muito pouco ou nenhum tempo para colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e tomada de decis\u00e3o coletiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">quando esse estilo \u00e9 usado em excesso, geralmente leva a uma cultura t\u00f3xica e, por fim, a um desempenho ruim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
