Isso pode assumir v\u00e1rias formas \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pode ser sentar-se em medita\u00e7\u00e3o por mais vinte minutos quando voc\u00ea realmente n\u00e3o quer faz\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voc\u00ea pode correr mais dois quil\u00f4metros no dia em que estiver com o pior humor poss\u00edvel para correr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando voc\u00ea passou por um dia ruim e longo de trabalho e sua \u00fanica vontade \u00e9 ir sentar no sof\u00e1 e assistir tv para esquecer tudo, essa \u00e9 a sua fila para fazer uma longa caminhada, ou seja, se voc\u00ea quiser melhorar seu &#039;n\u00edvel de gr\u00e3o&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o exagere, aconselho essa pr\u00e1tica uma vez por semana. Se exagerado, pode facilmente levar ao esgotamento e aumentar seus n\u00edveis de estresse, o que seria contraproducente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Habilidades t\u00e9cnicas e soft skills<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturalmente falando, voc\u00ea tem que ser um estudante perp\u00e9tuo de seu campo e colocar em pr\u00e1tica seus aprendizados para se tornar s\u00e1bio.
