Quem te disse que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o \u00e9 bom o suficiente? Freq\u00fcentemente, as limita\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3 existem dentro de nossas pr\u00f3prias mentes, pois \u00e9 &#039;o cr\u00edtico interno&#039; que nos diz que n\u00e3o somos bons o suficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como l\u00edderes, n\u00e3o podemos permitir que cren\u00e7as limitantes apodre\u00e7am dentro de uma equipe. Cabe a n\u00f3s modelar o comportamento de confian\u00e7a, falar de acordo e treinar nossas equipes para romper cren\u00e7as limitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Direito&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando se estabelece a cren\u00e7a de que, em geral, todos nos devem algo e temos direito a tudo o que nos \u00e9 dado, e direito a coisas que n\u00e3o nos s\u00e3o dadas, estamos criando conflitos e esperamos que os outros atuem antes de n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um senso de direito bloqueia o desempenho e sufoca a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o. O mundo n\u00e3o nos deve nada, ao contr\u00e1rio, o que devemos aos outros \u00e9 a melhor forma de n\u00f3s mesmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Doa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alguns acreditam que quando um t\u00edtulo \u00e9 concedido a eles, eles devem merec\u00ea-lo e j\u00e1 possuem todas as qualidades exigidas para o t\u00edtulo e, portanto, n\u00e3o precisam merec\u00ea-lo e dar-lhe significado por meio de trabalho duro e inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um indiv\u00edduo &#039;sofre&#039; a doa\u00e7\u00e3o, a cren\u00e7a tem o infeliz efeito colateral de pensar que ele ou ela pode fazer o que quiser, pois o t\u00edtulo est\u00e1 &#039;acima da lei&#039;, por assim dizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um senso de doa\u00e7\u00e3o resulta em pessoas &#039;descansando sobre os louros&#039;, o que \u00e9 um grande detrator para o desempenho<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrog\u00e2ncia (Ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada de errado em ter altos n\u00edveis de confian\u00e7a, ao contr\u00e1rio, \u00e9 um requisito para o sucesso sustent\u00e1vel, mas acreditar que voc\u00ea \u00e9 melhor do que todos e n\u00e3o pode cometer erros significa que sua confian\u00e7a se transformou em arrog\u00e2ncia e afetar\u00e1 negativamente seu desempenho em algum momento .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que libera o potencial?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fortalecimento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAo olharmos para o pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e9culo, os l\u00edderes ser\u00e3o aqueles que capacitam os outros\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empoderamento \u00e9 criar um ambiente ou cultura para permitir que outros alcancem o sucesso sustent\u00e1vel da maneira mais simples poss\u00edvel. N\u00e3o \u00e9 trabalhar para os outros, mas criar um ambiente colaborativo, criativo e voltado para o trabalho em equipe, sustentado pelos recursos necess\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacitar os outros tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 fornecer o suporte, treinamento e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para alcan\u00e7ar. O empoderamento tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 sobre &#039;sair do caminho, ou seja, evitar o microgerenciamento tanto quanto poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por exemplo, a co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o de objetivos, resultados-chave e tarefas de apoio, obtendo e apreciando a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de todos, \u00e9 um exerc\u00edcio de fortalecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compromisso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O oposto do compromisso \u00e9 o estado de apatia. Apatia significa simplesmente que o indiv\u00edduo realmente n\u00e3o se importa e s\u00f3 tentar\u00e1 fazer apenas o suficiente para n\u00e3o ser demitido. Um elemento essencial dos n\u00edveis de engajamento dos membros da equipe \u00e9 seu comprometimento com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e seus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 uma decis\u00e3o individual at\u00e9 que ponto um indiv\u00edduo estar\u00e1 comprometido. Se esse prop\u00f3sito for sincero, frequentemente discutido, e uma grande porcentagem dos funcion\u00e1rios das empresas carregar esse prop\u00f3sito em seus cora\u00e7\u00f5es, isso aumentar\u00e1 os n\u00edveis de energia dos membros da equipe para atuar como \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um senso de prop\u00f3sito fornece significado ao trabalho e o torna mais impactante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 essencial que os membros da equipe sejam autoconfiantes, mas tamb\u00e9m confiantes uns nos outros e na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m.
