Recompensas personalizadas podem ajudar muito a enviar uma mensagem de empatia, desde que sejam feitas de maneira justa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certa vez, a divis\u00e3o de RH de uma seguradora telefonou secretamente para pessoas pr\u00f3ximas aos funcion\u00e1rios devido a receber recompensas, como seus c\u00f4njuges ou familiares, para perguntar o que eles realmente precisavam. Em um caso, um c\u00f4njuge respondeu que realmente precisava de uma geladeira nova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A geladeira abastecida com as iguarias da fam\u00edlia foi entregue na casa dos integrantes da equipe com um cart\u00e3o de agradecimento escrito \u00e0 m\u00e3o. T\u00e1ticas como essas, quando s\u00e3o justas, sinceras e impactam positivamente a vida pessoal dos membros da equipe, transmitem uma mensagem clara e s\u00e3o uma forma de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que provavelmente produzir\u00e1 um retorno sobre o investimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O retorno do investimento n\u00e3o deve ser o objetivo aqui, cuidar \u00e9 o objetivo, e
