A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o respeitosa, simples, verdadeira e clara \u00e9 o fio de ouro que liga todos os elementos do &#039;ecossistema de desempenho&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em m\u00e9dia, \u00e9 natural que qualquer membro da equipe se esquive de tarefas que n\u00e3o tem confian\u00e7a em concluir. Faz sentido, portanto, apoiar e orientar os funcion\u00e1rios para criar confian\u00e7a, o que, por sua vez, os ajuda a alinhar seu comportamento e a se identificar com os objetivos da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O cerne da confian\u00e7a \u00e9 a autoconfian\u00e7a e a autoconfian\u00e7a \u00e9 o resultado das promessas feitas a si mesmo que voc\u00ea manteve ou quebrou, assim como as a\u00e7\u00f5es tomadas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s promessas feitas pelos l\u00edderes as &quot;fazem ou quebram&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe uma alta correla\u00e7\u00e3o entre o quanto os funcion\u00e1rios se preocupam com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o quanto a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o se preocupa com eles. Liderar com empatia pode, portanto, ser um poderoso catalisador para n\u00edveis mais altos de engajamento, mas o delicado equil\u00edbrio entre empatia e &#039;firmeza&#039; \u00e9 um fator importante a ser considerado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para que um sistema de valores tenha significado e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica, ele deve ser inegoci\u00e1vel. Embora o clima geral em torno de qualquer engajamento deva ser de empatia e compreens\u00e3o, os l\u00edderes devem ser firmes nos valores e padr\u00f5es de comportamento da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea sente que faz parte de algo maior e significativo e, ao mesmo tempo, tem o poder de liberar todo o seu potencial como membro da equipe, seus n\u00edveis de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o como funcion\u00e1rio provavelmente ser\u00e3o mais altos do que a m\u00e9dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando desde o in\u00edcio minha carreira em potencial fica clara para mim e tamb\u00e9m vejo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o como uma possibilidade real com base na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e lideran\u00e7a de alta qualidade dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 mais prov\u00e1vel que me sinta grato pela oportunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma variedade de tarefas, a oportunidade de colaborar e objetivos positivos, por\u00e9m desafiadores, dentro do contexto de tratamento justo, s\u00e3o fatores que contribuem para os n\u00edveis de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas a conquista de estruturas OKR que pode ser altamente satisfat\u00f3ria, mas tamb\u00e9m a jornada em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 conquista pode aumentar a felicidade. Check-ins semanais, sess\u00f5es de treinamento positivas e de apoio, reuni\u00f5es e reuni\u00f5es s\u00e3o oportunidades para promover a criatividade, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e o prazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um sistema de recompensa justo e personalizado suporta n\u00edveis mais elevados de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho e constitui um fator entre muitos no que diz respeito ao aumento dos n\u00edveis de envolvimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma cultura de aprendizado estabelecida, na qual n\u00e3o apenas m\u00e9todos modernos de aprendizado s\u00e3o praticados perpetuamente, mas tamb\u00e9m o fracasso \u00e9 visto como aprendizado, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um fator que contribui para a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas e engajamento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sem metas e objetivos claros e clareza de tarefas, \u00e9 extremamente dif\u00edcil para os membros da equipe estimar o impacto de seu trabalho.
