id=\"h-strong-leadership-is-a-requirement-for-performance-and-okr-frameworks-to-be-sustainable\">Uma lideran\u00e7a forte \u00e9 um requisito para que as estruturas de desempenho e okr sejam sustent\u00e1veis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos tempos antigos, poetas e compositores gravavam as realiza\u00e7\u00f5es dos l\u00edderes nas mentes das pessoas. Atualmente, as redes sociais e diversas outras plataformas compartilham atos ou declara\u00e7\u00f5es de l\u00edderes em todo o mundo. As estruturas OKR, embora sejam excelentes catalisadores de desempenho, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o suficientes por si s\u00f3 para garantir um desempenho sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto a presen\u00e7a de uma lideran\u00e7a forte quanto a aus\u00eancia dela t\u00eam v\u00e1rias consequ\u00eancias para ela, essas consequ\u00eancias foram experimentadas por todos de alguma forma e s\u00e3o exibidas, apreciadas ou sofridas em p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainda assim, se fosse uma quest\u00e3o t\u00e3o simples de primeiro definir o que \u00e9 um l\u00edder e, em segundo lugar, realmente ser um l\u00edder, todos seriam um. In\u00fameras tentativas s\u00e3o feitas em todo o mundo para criar mais l\u00edderes, por meio de cursos, programas e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A teoria da lideran\u00e7a \u00e9 relativamente f\u00e1cil de entender, mas a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica dos princ\u00edpios de lideran\u00e7a n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o simples. Provavelmente, a maioria das pessoas no mundo dos neg\u00f3cios concorda que uma lideran\u00e7a forte e eficaz \u00e9 um requisito para o sucesso sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lideran\u00e7a e desempenho sustent\u00e1vel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Google atribui seu sucesso n\u00e3o apenas \u00e0s estruturas OKR, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 forte lideran\u00e7a e a uma cultura baseada em valores. Qualquer tentativa isolada de melhorar o desempenho, por exemplo, um \u00fanico foco em OKRs ou outras estruturas de desempenho provavelmente falhar\u00e1, pois esse m\u00e9todo ignora o fato de que existem muitos elementos para um desempenho sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Uma grande pessoa atrai grandes pessoas e sabe como mant\u00ea-las unidas&#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Johan Wolfgang von Goethe<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 medida que embarcamos na jornada para tornar realidade um estado futuro desejado, v\u00e1rios obst\u00e1culos ocorrem, alguns deles s\u00e3o for\u00e7as externas, como mudan\u00e7as repentinas no mercado, e alguns s\u00e3o quest\u00f5es culturais internas da empresa.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de alguns c\u00edrculos da fraternidade de recursos humanos, a &#039;era p\u00f3s-covid&#039; foi rotulada como &#039;a grande ren\u00fancia&#039;, \u00e0 medida que mais e mais pessoas avaliam o impacto de seus empregos na sociedade e como seus empregos afetam seu bem-estar e sa\u00fade mental.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reciprocidade tornou-se um ponto focal \u2013 De um modo geral, as pessoas s\u00f3 se preocupam com uma empresa se a empresa realmente se importa com elas. Tornou-se totalmente irreal esperar que as pessoas se preocupem com a vis\u00e3o e o prop\u00f3sito da empresa se a empresa n\u00e3o se preocupa com a vis\u00e3o e o prop\u00f3sito pessoal dos indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9cadas atr\u00e1s, palestrantes e escritores focados em lideran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e recursos humanos j\u00e1 eram inflex\u00edveis em seus discursos sobre &#039;buscar primeiro entender antes de tentar ser compreendido e falar profusamente sobre &#039;habilidades interpessoais, como comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento para apoiar os funcion\u00e1rios em seu desenvolvimento pessoal e planos de carreira . Voc\u00ea pode ser perfeito na defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas e na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas OKR perfeitas, mas a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e a cultura corretas devem estar presentes para apoiar o desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 f\u00e1cil falar sobre esses assuntos, outra coisa \u00e9 garantir sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica. Egos, medos, desafios, mal-entendidos, preconceitos e direitos s\u00e3o apenas alguns de uma longa lista de grandes obst\u00e1culos que se agigantam diante do conceito de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No contexto acima, gostaria de definir lideran\u00e7a como:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica da sabedoria para galvanizar e inspirar as pessoas em torno de uma vis\u00e3o, prop\u00f3sito e sistema de valores compartilhados e para alcan\u00e7ar juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desempenho sustent\u00e1vel, em termos gerais, \u00e9 sobre forte lideran\u00e7a servidora, cultura da empresa e gerenciamento de estruturas de desempenho aspiracionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qual Lobo voc\u00ea vai alimentar mais?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a Neuroci\u00eancia, o ser humano m\u00e9dio tem cerca de 50.000 pensamentos por dia, dos quais 70% s\u00e3o negativos. Pensamentos negativos amplificam egos, medos, desafios, preconceitos e direitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00edderes servidores verdadeiros e fortes em geral s\u00e3o otimistas. Ser otimista n\u00e3o significa negar o negativo, voc\u00ea simplesmente escolhe se concentrar mais no positivo e encontrar as solu\u00e7\u00f5es mais eficazes poss\u00edveis para o negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os professores budistas compararam a mente humana a um macaco selvagem, correndo rapidamente e mudando de dire\u00e7\u00e3o sem rumo. Essa \u00e9 a condi\u00e7\u00e3o da mente humana at\u00e9 que ela seja controlada \u2013 e somente voc\u00ea pode controlar sua pr\u00f3pria mente, ningu\u00e9m pode ou far\u00e1 isso por voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para fins de ilustra\u00e7\u00e3o, vamos chamar um &#039;lobo&#039; de positivo e outro de negativo, e ambos os &#039;lobos&#039; est\u00e3o vivos em sua mente. Esses dois lobos est\u00e3o se enfrentando em uma batalha final. Quem ganhar\u00e1? A resposta \u00e9 simples \u2013 Aquele que voc\u00ea mais alimenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os verdadeiros l\u00edderes servidores alimentam mais o &#039;lobo positivo&#039;, mas n\u00e3o negam que existe uma batalha existente entre os dois lobos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A mentalidade de lideran\u00e7a.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maneira como voc\u00ea acorda \u00e9 amplamente determinada por como voc\u00ea foi dormir na noite anterior (com uma mente positiva, calma e relaxada ou com uma mente perturbada e negativa). Um n\u00famero crescente de &#039;gurus&#039; de lideran\u00e7a, mentalidade e desempenho est\u00e1 ensinando um ritual matinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu recomendo fortemente um ritual matinal para focar a mente, mas uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o mais forte \u00e9 ter um ritual noturno para garantir calma, positividade e relaxamento. Os rituais matinais n\u00e3o importam muito se voc\u00ea acordar com uma mente sobrecarregada e negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m recomendo que voc\u00ea adapte seus rituais ao que realmente gosta e n\u00e3o se force a fazer coisas que odeia logo pela manh\u00e3 ou antes de ir para a cama. Eu s\u00f3 ofere\u00e7o diretrizes flex\u00edveis e simplificadas aqui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* N\u00e3o permita que seus rituais noturnos e matinais se tornem um &#039;peso de tempo&#039; 10 \u2013 20 minutos \u00e9 o suficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Fa\u00e7a algo que acalme sua mente, seja o que for, pode ser medita\u00e7\u00e3o, ora\u00e7\u00e3o, ouvir m\u00fasica, ler, exerc\u00edcios respirat\u00f3rios, etc, por alguns minutos \u00e0 noite antes de dormir e pela manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Fa\u00e7a uma coisa pela manh\u00e3 que ative a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea, pode ser algumas flex\u00f5es, um pouco de ioga ou boxe em um saco de pancadas por alguns minutos. N\u00e3o se trata de exerc\u00edcios para aumentar a forma f\u00edsica e perder peso, trata-se apenas de ativar os &quot;horm\u00f4nios do bem-estar no corpo&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Concentre a mente pela manh\u00e3, antes de se envolver em seus h\u00e1bitos normais, como fazer seu caf\u00e9 ou caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, encorajo os l\u00edderes que treino a ouvir profundamente uma grava\u00e7\u00e3o de sua vis\u00e3o pessoal e da empresa, prop\u00f3sito, valores, estruturas OKR e visualizar da forma mais clara poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00edderes fortes t\u00eam uma mentalidade de crescimento e ampliam suas mentes, habilidades e pessoas em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.
