Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode ter uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita ao definir os OKRs certos, mas se n\u00e3o houver inspira\u00e7\u00e3o verdadeira e um prop\u00f3sito forte como base, \u00e9 improv\u00e1vel que o desempenho da sua empresa seja sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De um modo geral, as pessoas s\u00e3o resistentes \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a. Quando voc\u00ea pede mudan\u00e7a, est\u00e1 pedindo \u00e0s pessoas que saiam do limite de sua zona de conforto. Voc\u00ea os est\u00e1 influenciando a mudar alguns de seus h\u00e1bitos, o que \u00e9 muito dif\u00edcil, pois somos criaturas de h\u00e1bitos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um prop\u00f3sito forte como uma raz\u00e3o muito boa e poderosa para as pessoas tomarem o s\u00e9rio esfor\u00e7o de mudan\u00e7a pode ser uma base s\u00f3lida para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrutura OKR com sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando as pessoas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o muito claras sobre por que novas estruturas de desempenho est\u00e3o sendo introduzidas, ser\u00e1 muito dif\u00edcil para elas agirem com confian\u00e7a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro passo no que diz respeito ao envolvimento das partes interessadas deve ser introduzir o prop\u00f3sito dos novos objetivos e resultados-chave e faz\u00ea-lo de forma inspiradora.
