Dentro de uma cultura positiva e orientada para o crescimento, tanto a administra\u00e7\u00e3o quanto o gerenciamento de desempenho se tornam relativamente mais f\u00e1ceis. Dentro de uma cultura t\u00f3xica, tanto a lideran\u00e7a quanto a gest\u00e3o de desempenho sofrer\u00e3o ou se tornar\u00e3o imposs\u00edveis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De um modo geral, as m\u00e9tricas de desempenho, quando implantadas com precis\u00e3o e efic\u00e1cia, podem servir aos supervisores de duas maneiras muito importantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. S\u00e3o os dados factuais que desviam o foco das emo\u00e7\u00f5es e o direcionam para as realidades atuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Basear as decis\u00f5es em fatos atuais pode ser uma base s\u00f3lida para o sucesso futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Google e v\u00e1rias outras empresas globais gigantes atribu\u00edram grande parte de seu crescimento fenomenal \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os frameworks OKR implantados de forma eficaz podem ser um grande fator contribuinte para estabelecer e sustentar uma cultura de alto desempenho e crescimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principais lutas dos l\u00edderes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O compromisso das partes interessadas, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de valores compartilhados entre os funcion\u00e1rios, a \u00e9tica geral do trabalho e o desempenho sustent\u00e1vel tendem a ser alguns dos desafios gerais que os custodiantes enfrentam. Aumentando o volume de desafios, os l\u00edderes devem resolver problemas e dilemas complexos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os l\u00edderes tendem a ser indiv\u00edduos altamente \u00fanicos que realmente aprendem a realmente gostar de resolver problemas em vez de se esquivar deles.
