resultados<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cExistem alguns l\u00edderes que escolhem inspirar em vez de manipular para motivar as pessoas.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Simon Sinek<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David estava passando pela seguran\u00e7a da f\u00e1brica de wafer. &#039;Outro dia chato, fazendo a mesma coisa da mesma maneira, ele estava pensando e suspirou enquanto marcava o dia de trabalho n\u00famero 2091. Pelo menos o sal\u00e1rio est\u00e1 ok - ele estava tentando inserir um pensamento positivo entre o bombardeio de negatividade .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David estava tentando evitar o gerente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto estava martelando em um dos objetivos trimestrais de reduzir as rejei\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade, mas ele estava sem sorte, ele basicamente entrou em uma reuni\u00e3o surpresa &#039;stand-up&#039; que o mesmo gerente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o organizou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algo estava diferente, o gerente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o tinha um sorriso enorme no rosto e seus olhos brilhavam de energia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Sim, como esperado, vou lembr\u00e1-los de nossos objetivos cr\u00edticos para este trimestre e os principais resultados de apoio, mas h\u00e1 algo que preciso compartilhar\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu pensei muito sobre por que estamos pedindo mais esfor\u00e7o de voc\u00eas como equipe. Uma coisa que sempre me orgulhou muito \u00e9 o n\u00famero de empregos que criamos nesta comunidade. \u00c9 mais profundo do que isso, para cada trabalho que criamos, estamos alimentando e capacitando uma fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adicionando significado ao trabalho<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente, temos mais de onze mil funcion\u00e1rios em todos os turnos, o que significa que esta empresa est\u00e1 alimentando onze mil fam\u00edlias nesta comunidade. Isso vai al\u00e9m de apenas pagar sal\u00e1rios, isso \u00e9 um impacto microecon\u00f4mico real, isso \u00e9 um impacto social real. Este \u00e9 um prop\u00f3sito cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esse \u00e9 o verdadeiro prop\u00f3sito do nosso trabalho, alimentamos as fam\u00edlias, mandamos as crian\u00e7as para a escola. \u00c9 por isso que venho trabalhar, \u00e9 por isso que trago amor no cora\u00e7\u00e3o pelo que fa\u00e7o. Isso me d\u00e1 energia para perseguir objetivos e resultados-chave, porque quando os concretizamos estamos alimentando mais fam\u00edlias enquanto mantemos nossos clientes satisfeitos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O instinto natural e inicial de David era criar um escudo mental de negatividade \u2013 \u201cS\u00f3 palavras para nos manipular, apenas me d\u00ea meu sal\u00e1rio\u201d, era a tagarelice mental que se passava em sua mente. Mas hoje foi diferente, as palavras dos gerentes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o foram sinceras, e era verdade agora que David pensou nisso, esta empresa alimenta 11 mil fam\u00edlias, e sim, isso \u00e9 algo para se orgulhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O gerente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o baixou a voz quando as palavras carregadas de emo\u00e7\u00e3o sa\u00edram de sua l\u00edngua \u2013 &#039;Ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o estamos reduzindo as rejei\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade apenas para economizar custos. N\u00c3O! Estamos reduzindo as rejei\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade para que as onze mil fam\u00edlias que alimentamos possam se orgulhar do que defendemos. A qualidade \u00e9 um princ\u00edpio de fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com essas palavras, a energia na sala aumentou de forma tang\u00edvel. Um senso de prop\u00f3sito foi sentido coletivamente.
