Tudo o que voc\u00ea v\u00ea no espelho retrovisor s\u00e3o indicadores de atraso. O que est\u00e1 no caminho \u00e0 frente s\u00e3o indicadores antecedentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernard Marr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. S\u00f3 podemos aplicar o que entendemos \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Entendendo a diferen\u00e7a entre indicadores Leading e Lagging.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma parte fundamental da gest\u00e3o de desempenho \u00e9 medir as a\u00e7\u00f5es dos membros da equipe usando indicadores de lideran\u00e7a e de atraso. Primeiro, o desempenho bem-sucedido \u00e9 principalmente sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia. O foco dos frameworks OKR s\u00e3o os indicadores principais e, no caso dos KPIs, s\u00e3o principalmente os indicadores atrasados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00e7\u00e3o Focada priorizada de acordo com seu impacto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Vis\u00e3o, Objetivos e demais metas da Empresa tende a resultar em desempenho consistente. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o priorizada deve ser um foco no que diz respeito \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De um modo geral, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho \u00e9, em primeiro lugar, definir os objetivos e indicadores corretos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os principais indicadores s\u00e3o aspiracionais e direcionados para o futuro. Os indicadores de atraso observam o desempenho passado. Buscando alcan\u00e7ar qualquer objetivo futuro, precisamos formular indicadores de lideran\u00e7a para apoi\u00e1-lo e acompanhar o progresso em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A \u2013 Um exemplo de indicador Lagging<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avaliar a m\u00e9dia de vendas de um membro da equipe (neg\u00f3cios fechados como porcentagem de consultas) \u00e9 um indicador de atraso, pois mede o desempenho passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B \u2013 Um exemplo de indicador avan\u00e7ado<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O aumento ou melhoria da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio\/cliente, conforme medido por uma pesquisa e outros resultados, como, por exemplo, simplificar as etapas de checkout para compras on-line, s\u00e3o indicadores direcionados a melhorias futuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do exposto, deve ficar claro que os principais indicadores s\u00e3o mais proativos, orientados para o futuro, inspiradores e estrat\u00e9gicos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Aplicando os Frameworks OKR e os KPIs <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 bom medir desempenhos hist\u00f3ricos, como vendas; simultaneamente, \u00e9 bom acompanhar o progresso e as melhorias direcionadas ao futuro que tamb\u00e9m levariam a melhores n\u00fameros de vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma estrutura de OKR pode ser usada para &#039;curar&#039; um KPI n\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel (indicador de atraso), provando que a intera\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrutura de OKR e KPIs pode ser um exerc\u00edcio frut\u00edfero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00ea uma olhada em uma ferramenta de gerenciamento de desempenho, como o FlowyTeam, que implanta estruturas de OKR e KPIs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/\">https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&#039;Mude com balas, n\u00e3o com bombas&#039; \u2013 Demasiada informa\u00e7\u00e3o e tentar manter o controle de muitos indicadores pode ser avassalador. Assim, derrotando o objetivo de at\u00e9 mesmo ter uma estrutura de desempenho em vigor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto mais objetivos, resultados-chave e KPIs voc\u00ea combinar com listas de tarefas, menor ser\u00e1 a chance de execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando se trata de estruturas de desempenho, \u00e9 melhor se concentrar em menos m\u00e9tricas, mas altamente impactantes, que o levem mais perto de alcan\u00e7ar sua vis\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Garantir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priorize tarefas e a\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham mais rendimento quando se trata de resultados. Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o inspiradora, check-ins regulares e suporte podem ajudar bastante a garantir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Desta forma, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a execu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 assegurada, mas tamb\u00e9m a qualidade da mesma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prioridades, alinhamento e simplicidade s\u00e3o elementos cr\u00edticos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o a serem considerados ao criar um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 uma boa estrat\u00e9gia a considerar sempre incluir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o em qualquer plano estrat\u00e9gico. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da fase de planejamento, mesmo que sejam pequenos passos, \u00e9 fundamental que a a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorra imediatamente. Quaisquer atrasos causam n\u00e3o apenas uma perda de impulso, mas aumentam a amea\u00e7a de n\u00e3o executar nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afinal, indicadores s\u00f3 s\u00e3o v\u00e1lidos se houver algo para medir.
