Pessoas desativadas s\u00f3 reclamam de terem sido derrotadas pela competi\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p><\/p><cite><strong>Ben Simonton<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pessoas que s\u00e3o contratadas porque amam o que fazem, pessoas qualificadas com fome de aprimorar habilidades, ainda mais, pessoas que se sentem parte de algo maior, pessoas que compartilham valores e um forte prop\u00f3sito de equipe, para elas, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favida de engajamento, eles est\u00e3o totalmente comprometidos com a causa e estabelecer\u00e3o metas ambiciosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atingir metas ambiciosas n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarefa f\u00e1cil e a metodologia de engajamento deve considerar in\u00fameros fatores como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>din\u00e2mica de equipe<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Estilos de lideran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>estilos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tipos de personalidade<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>idade e cultura<\/strong>e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O envolvimento deve acontecer dentro de um ambiente seguro, imparcial, sem julgamentos e positivo, no qual a Vis\u00e3o, prop\u00f3sito, valores e OKRs coletivos sejam os principais componentes do &#039;campo de jogo&#039;, em vez de muitas regras e muitas pol\u00edticas sufocantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Envolvimento dos funcion\u00e1rios como um objetivo e os principais resultados vinculados<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O envolvimento do funcion\u00e1rio como um objetivo principal vinculado \u00e0 capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados importantes, como reten\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios, absente\u00edsmo muito baixo e aumento de vendas, pode ser uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o poderosa para melhorar o desempenho geral da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">quando os funcion\u00e1rios est\u00e3o engajados e se divertindo, mas apenas por engajamento e divers\u00e3o, o desempenho ruim no trabalho ainda pode ser um resultado final. Envolvimento edificante n\u00e3o deve ser o \u00fanico objetivo e tamb\u00e9m puramente um objetivo em si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O engajamento deve estar sempre alinhado com os objetivos da empresa. Ainda assim, divirta-se enquanto persegue esses objetivos, tendo em mente que um desempenho consistente garante a sustentabilidade.
