Car\u00e1ter \u00e9 o oposto de imagem \u2013 Imagem \u00e9 o que queremos que as pessoas pensem de n\u00f3s; car\u00e1ter \u00e9 quem realmente somos. Os l\u00edderes precisam ser o exemplo vivo de estarem totalmente comprometidos em alcan\u00e7ar OKRs e outras metas macro ou micro relevantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A apatia (n\u00e3o se importar) \u00e9 o oposto do comprometimento e apenas estar ativamente envolvido tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o garante desempenhos excelentes. Somente o verdadeiro comprometimento em que todos os recursos s\u00e3o aplicados em sua m\u00e1xima for\u00e7a positiva para atingir os OKRs gera um alto grau de certeza de desempenho sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-executive-summary\"><strong>Sum\u00e1rio executivo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O trabalho inspirado e movido a prop\u00f3sito forma uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o potente para alcan\u00e7ar excelentes resultados de OKR. Excelente lideran\u00e7a de gest\u00e3o \u00e9 um requisito essencial para alcan\u00e7ar os resultados acima mencionados. Compet\u00eancia, car\u00e1ter e comprometimento s\u00e3o os principais tra\u00e7os de car\u00e1ter de um gerente-l\u00edder eficaz que precisam ser praticados consistentemente como um meio de
