class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Uma mudan\u00e7a de paradigma de escolher lucros em detrimento das pessoas para criar lucros e uma cultura de trabalho engajada e inspiradora \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para um futuro de neg\u00f3cios sustent\u00e1vel. As estruturas OKR s\u00e3o excelentes catalisadores para gerenciar essa mudan\u00e7a de paradigma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;O \u00fanico objetivo de algumas empresas \u00e9 o lucro. Essa mentalidade existe \u00e0 custa das pessoas e n\u00e3o para o benef\u00edcio das pessoas. Por outro lado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria apenas uma l\u00f3gica b\u00e1sica para entender que, sem lucros decentes e sustentados, sua capacidade de contratar mais pessoas e melhorar a experi\u00eancia de trabalho e a vida de sua for\u00e7a de trabalho atual fica gravemente comprometida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp; Pessoas x Lucro \u2013 Uma abordagem equilibrada.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afinal, s\u00e3o as pessoas que executam suas habilidades que geram lucros. Portanto, o debate deve ser renomeado de Pessoas x Lucros para Pessoas e Lucros, a fim de mudar o foco da escolha de um em detrimento do outro para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos os elementos para o bem maior de todos os envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Positivos profundos surgem da mudan\u00e7a de paradigma de acreditar que voc\u00ea tem que escolher um sobre o outro para entender que lucros, carreiras gratificantes e empreendimentos podem ser uma experi\u00eancia integrada e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pessoas e Lucro \u2013 Pragmatismo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falar e sonhar com essa &#039;utopia&#039; de um neg\u00f3cio onde todos s\u00e3o engajados, felizes, remunerados de forma justa e a empresa vive um crescimento tremendo e sustent\u00e1vel \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil. Tornar esse sonho realidade \u00e9 outra quest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temos que considerar inclus\u00e3o, diversidade, planos de carreira, bem-estar mental, impacto ambiental, seguran\u00e7a e muito mais dentro do contexto de mecanismos de capital, estruturas legais, for\u00e7as de mercado externas e o ambiente global vol\u00e1til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 simplesmente normal sentir uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de opress\u00e3o ao contemplar todos os itens acima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pessoas e lucro \u2013 Um ecossistema<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O paradigma de pessoas e lucro que estamos explorando \u00e9 um ecossistema integrado. Alguns l\u00edderes veem &quot;uma pe\u00e7a do quebra-cabe\u00e7a como o quebra-cabe\u00e7a&quot; e acreditam, por exemplo, que o neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 apenas sobre vendas com margens altas ou vendas volumosas com margens baixas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colocar um esfor\u00e7o tremendo para contratar as pessoas certas (pessoas com integridade, a atitude certa, etc.), criando uma cultura na qual sua equipe possa prosperar, adotando iniciativas de mudan\u00e7a \u00fateis, lideran\u00e7a servidora, fomentando a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e um sistema de valores compartilhados, fornecendo apoio coaching, excel\u00eancia em produtos\/servi\u00e7os, estrat\u00e9gia e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, para citar apenas alguns, fazem parte desse ecossistema. Seu sistema de valores pr\u00e1ticos pode atuar como um filtro eficaz para avaliar a qualidade de todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es tomadas e garantir o alinhamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 sua cultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A vis\u00e3o e o prop\u00f3sito da sua empresa (significado e impacto) podem ser potencialmente inspiradores e catalisadores para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de lucro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um objetivo pode ser aumentar sua base de clientes, em apoio, um exemplo de resultado importante pode ser aumentar os usu\u00e1rios pagos de 200.000 para 800.000.
