class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O papel dos valores na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando os objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos foram alcan\u00e7ados, mas o sistema de valores de sua empresa foi comprometido, as prov\u00e1veis consequ\u00eancias s\u00e3o ganhos de curto prazo. No entanto, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que ocorram complica\u00e7\u00f5es graves a longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digamos, para fins de argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o, que a equipe de vendas de uma empresa alcance uma quantidade muito alta de vendas e receita. Ao mesmo tempo, eles comprometeram sua integridade como resultado de uma atitude de &#039;ganhar a todo custo&#039;. Eles podem inicialmente ser elogiados e at\u00e9 recompensados. Em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, quando seu comportamento anti\u00e9tico vem \u00e0 tona, tanto a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o individual quanto a da empresa s\u00e3o manchadas. Perdas financeiras geralmente seguem danos \u00e0 reputa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ESTUDO DE CASO<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O exemplo a seguir destaca a import\u00e2ncia de integrar o OKRS com todos os objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos da empresa, bem como os KPIs individuais de todos os membros da equipe. Se, por exemplo, o valor de uma empresa for Integridade, todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser &#039;filtradas&#039; por esse valor e devem ser o teste decisivo de todos os comportamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certa vez, Jack Ma demitiu um de seus principais vendedores em p\u00fablico por exibir uma consistente falta de integridade. Os valores devem, de fato, ser inegoci\u00e1veis desde o in\u00edcio de sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aqui segue fatores altamente cr\u00edticos quando se trata de sistemas de valores da empresa:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eles devem ser cocriados por todas as partes interessadas relevantes para que sejam verdadeiramente respeitados<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O sistema de valores da empresa deve ser parte integrante dos sistemas de integra\u00e7\u00e3o, treinamento e desenvolvimento e recompensa da empresa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Os valores da empresa devem fluir por todas as formas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para que ela seja totalmente integrada, de forma sustent\u00e1vel, \u00e0 cultura da empresa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A melhor abordagem para incorporar valores \u00e0 cultura de uma empresa \u00e9 uma abordagem pragm\u00e1tica. Os valores devem ser claramente definidos e destilados em a\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas dentro de cada fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Os valores devem at\u00e9 fazer parte das descri\u00e7\u00f5es de cargos e tamb\u00e9m devem estar contidos nos contratos de trabalho.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando os valores s\u00e3o meramente transmitidos pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa, torna-se muito dif\u00edcil para os membros da equipe se apropriarem dos valores, pois n\u00e3o foram consultados sobre o assunto, mas tendem a ser julgados por esses mesmos valores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os membros da equipe s\u00f3 naturalmente tendem a levar a s\u00e9rio um sistema de valores quando estiveram envolvidos na cria\u00e7\u00e3o deles, quando s\u00e3o constantemente lembrados dos valores da empresa de forma positiva e quando percebem que s\u00e3o padr\u00f5es inegoci\u00e1veis de comportamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma maneira pragm\u00e1tica, mas relativamente \u00fanica, de olhar para um sistema de valores \u00e9 rotul\u00e1-lo como padr\u00f5es de comportamento pelos quais todos os interessados devem prestar contas. Esses padr\u00f5es comportamentais devem estar alinhados com a vis\u00e3o, metas e objetivos da empresa. Isso significa simplesmente que esses comportamentos, quando aplicados de forma consistente, devem levar a um resultado final positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de valores<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os valores devem fazer parte das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de pares, ciclos de feedback, reuni\u00f5es e sistemas de recompensa. Os valores, at\u00e9 certo ponto, podem atuar como uma ponte entre estabelecer metas e alcan\u00e7\u00e1-las \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digamos que &#039;aprendizado cont\u00ednuo&#039; seja um valor da empresa. Quando todos os membros da equipe compram totalmente esse valor, refinam continuamente suas habilidades t\u00e9cnicas e n\u00e3o t\u00e9cnicas e at\u00e9 mesmo aprendem e se adaptam com as falhas,
